“Great hotel to stay at outside of the city of Florence away from the hectic crowds with the best friendly and profession”
Checking in was great and Alessandro was excellent. Shuttle service to tram stop with Giovanni was excellent. Available on request and on the return to the hotel. David in the dining room was excellent. He looked after us very well. Flavio in the bar was very professional and excellent as well. Breakfast was superb. Secure parking. Shuttle service to nearest tram stop. Excellent food in the hotel. Excellent Service.

1. The transportation is fairly convenient. There are three bus stops 200 meters from the hotel, but it’s quite far from the central station, so it’s still lacking in terms of overall convenience. There is a small shopping mall nearby, but it only has restaurants and grocery stores, no supermarket, which is rather inconvenient. 2. The staff at the breakfast restaurant and the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

“A good hotel to stay out of the city centre but tram and shuttle bus service made it a lot easier.”
The room was good and the bed very comfortable, breakfast was ok. The location was as described out of the centre but the shuttle bus to the tram station made it a lot easier. A special mention for Samuel the driver as he made this journey to and from very enjoyable.
