Former residence of the Carrega Bertolini Princes, Grand Hotel Baglioni is just 300 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Very convenient location just 5 mins from the station and stroll into town. Super friendly staff. Stylish interiors. Rooms are traditional but very functional and bed very comfy.

The location was excellent and within walking distance of the station, the Duomo and many of Florence's other top sights. The room was large, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean - although the lighting was a little dim - too dim for reading. The toiletries were excellent. Breakfast was outstanding, although the breakfast room wasn't large and there could be a wait. The rooftop bar and the service there were great, though typically quite slow. Definitely a Grand Hotel and I would stay there again.

Brilliant position, easy walk to everything. Lovely comfortable room, comfortable bed, kept lovely and clean. Excellent staff, all so polite and helpful. Great food in the restaurant too, with amazing views.

Excellent located is this really impressive property, with a top floor restaurant that enjoys breathtaking views. The staff are good. Had a nice room overlooking the piazza. Great hotel.

“Great hotel in florence”
Location was great! We drove a car and parking was so stress-free. The restaurant for breakfast had great view and food was generally good but salad was not so fresh.
