“Five stars and then some.”

We stayed here for one night and it completely exceeded expectations. Beautiful room, incredible view over the city, and genuinely one of the best dinners we've had in Florence. Breakfast beside the pool was so lovely. The staff, though, are the real reason to come back. Warm, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. You felt looked after without being fussed over. Rare, and really appreciated. Would recommend without hesitation.

The overall experience was lovely, fantastic location, just above Firenze, overlooking the town. It was nice to ‘retreat’ from the busy city to a lush haven.

“Oasis of calm short drive from beautiful city centre”

This hotel is truly excellent, the rooms are luxurious and huge, the staff attentive, the pool and the location are beautiful. What takes the experience to another level is the view from the rooms we had - the Tuscan hills and the whole of Florence far below, quite unreal! Pool was open in early April and is heated, which is a great bonus. Restaurant and bar also good and open at all times we needed. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The suite we stayed in was clean and spacious and had the most amazing view from the window. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Our children loved that there was a pool which they used even though still chilly (early April!). Breakfast was fantastic - plenty of choice for everyone and the quiche must have been homemade as tasted wonderful. The staff were attentive and informative and incredibly helpful after our hire car failed us.

The property is located up hill, so has exceptional view of Pirenze, and a bed room and a living room/kitchen are spacious and well cleaned. It has also huge baclony.

Of course the amazing views of Florence, especially from rooms like mine with a terrace, are the biggest feature. The city is a few kilometres away and seen perfectly through a cleft in the hills. The restaurant, pool, and bar area lower down are by contrast enclosed and have their own charm. Fortunately, for a hotel built on a hillside, there are ample lifts between the levels. The staff were most helpful with meeting you in the underground car park and so on. The restaurant was excellent both for dinner and breakfast.

“Best vacations ever”

I had a problem with the reservation which was my mistake and Mr Daniele Livi (the director) tried all his best to solve the problem. The resort is amazing and super clean, the location is awesome, and most importantly, their service is perfect. And also, the pool side dinner was a great experience too. Thank you for your great service ! It made our Florence experience even better.

It was the most perfect stay. The hotel staff is super friendly and gave us the warmest welcome. The location has the most stunning view and is located in lush green. The whole resort is just beautiful. Most of the times we had the pool to ourselves and we loved that we could just stay at the resort and have a great dinner and a drink at the cute little bar.

“Beautiful haven overlooking Florence”

This unique hotel is a wonderful haven from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. The view of Florence from our room was truly spectacular. We had a huge executive suite which had every amenity. It was clean and spacious. The pool was great after a hot day. The staff are all so friendly and helpful - always smiling. Breakfast was plentiful and we had dinner both nights of our stay - the food was delicious! We stayed here to attend the Moto GP at Mugello and it was only about 25 minutes from the track.
