“Excellent”

The staff were the best. So helpful with absolutely everything.

The location was quite good but it can be a bit noisy during the night. I think it is probably a safe area but one should watch out during the night. Other than that it was super easy to reach the central station and tram that's going to the airport.

Gorgeous hotel in a wonderful location! The staff were incredible - from the front desk managers (thanks, Andreas!) to the bartender (Rodin makes the BEST cocktails!!), the rooms, the attention to detail... it was amazing from start to finish! We will DEFINITELY be back, hopefully soon!

The staff couldn't have been more attentive and friendly. Breakfast was a nice selection. Coffee was excellent and made by a barista.

Great room good location

This hotel is truly beautiful, and our stay exceeded all expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming from the very first moment. They personally showed us around the hotel, escorted us to our room, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The rooms are lovely, well-designed, and very comfortable. What made the experience even more special was the handwritten welcome letter waiting for us upon arrival – such a thoughtful and personal touch. We also received a welcome drink at their bar, which was a perfect way to start our stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center and all major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. I honestly have no complaints. Everything was perfect, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again if I return to Florence.

“Very Clean and Friendly”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The variety and freshness of the breakfast was excellent. They also had a choice of different types of milk which as I am dairy intolerant was very welcome. We could refill our water bottles for free in the lobby.

Great breakfast. A special thanks to Roshan for your amazing coffee each morning! Loved the decor and well thought out planning like the water station and court yard. Staff were really helpful and the proximity to the station made everything easily accessible.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and convenient location especially if you arrive by train or by car.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We booked for the location - so close to train station, but it was a. East walk to all other sights too. The staff are fantastic, welcomed us warmly and so kind throughout our stay. Breakfasts were tremendous! Good wat to set ourselves up for a day of walking and exploring the city. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Cannot thank them enough!

Great location and lovely rooms

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Management gave personal touches like a hand written welcome note and pasta. Location was very convenient near the station and within walking distance to other attractions. The room was very clean, large and with a comfortable bed.

Everyone on the staff was genuinely friendly, always smiling and very helpful and considerate. We were welcomed with a lovely note in the room and some dark chocolate, which was a really nice touch. They even offered complimentary drinks at the bar upon arrival — something I’ve never experienced before, and I’ve stayed in many hotels across Europe. The staff were polite and warm, always greeting us whenever we crossed paths. Even though the receptionists rotated, each of them addressed me by name, which made the experience feel very personal. In the morning I ordered coffee at the bar, and the bartender kindly offered croissants as well. Before our departure, while my family and I were waiting in the lobby, someone brought us bottled water to refresh ourselves — another thoughtful gesture. It turned out to be Nicolas, the shift manager. I took a moment to thank him personally, and he modestly said that their goal is to provide a bit more than standard service. They absolutely succeeded — and we were there for just one night.

Staff were helpful and welcoming, and the hotel’s location is ideal as it is quite close to the train station ( Firenze SMN). The hotel also offered us a lot of complimentary items and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to make your stay hassle free.

Great location and fab staff. We were given a map of the area which gave us a good idea where to go straight away. Both the bar and reception staff were brilliant.
