“Provided you are in right room, good stay”

Hotel staff add value to hotel as informative and friendly. I believe breakfast selection is better than other 4* hotels I've tried in other hotels in Tuscany. Hotel is 1-2 stops on tram from airport, from 15 minutes by bus/tram to city centre. Very spacious room, the original double was smaller but fine though TV signal not the best. Very comfortable bed. Tea tray and fridge.

It was close to the tram stop which took us to the airport which is why we stayed here.The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine and the bed was comfy.

I didn’t expect anything but just a one night stay before the flight, but the room was very comfortable and clean, there were many small nice details and facilities inside the room, decent breakfast. Moreover I came 2 hours before the check in time, and the staff was very friendly, they let me in earlier, then after check out at 12 I had to work remotely before the flight at the evening, and the staff guided me to the modern conference room where I stayed the whole day and worked alone without anyone bothering me. This was very nice experience and everything was either good or much better than expected. Thanks a lot to the staff!

Location to airport was good. Staff friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

Breakfast was very good: eggs, cheese, hams, yogurts, sweets, fruits and so on. I can dry my laundry on the special tool in the bathroom which is very convenient. They provide a bottle water every time we asked them.
