“Amazing roof terrace!”

The property is an excellent place to stay when in Florence. It is very close to the center of Florence and near to the river. The best thing about this property is the roof terrace, which gives a spectacular view over the city. We stayed as a family and really enjoyed it as the flat is in the perfect location. Lucia is a super host, really helpful especially as we arrived late due to getting off at the wrong station in Florence.

It’s one of its kind. Has sun roofs in all rooms. Windows have mesmerising views. You can see duomo from private terrace. It’s beautiful!!

We loved our stay here, fantastic location, so close to everything. The apartment was clean and well equiped with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace which was absolutely fantastic, giving us fabulous views over Florence, it was a real highlight and made our stay even more special!

Awesome apartment. Lots of room and well appointed. The roof top terrace was a unique bonus being higher than almost all others we could see. Location was also excellent being within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.

An amazing apartment with a rooftop terrace that has views over the entire city. A short walk from the Basilica and the city centre but in a more quiet neighborhood. The interior was charming and well furnished with comfortable beds, air conditioning, a stocked kitchen and washing machine. The rooftop terrace was a huge highlight! Lucia was a warm and friendly host who met us at the location to show us around.

Lovely apartments in a great location only 7 min walk from the station. Very well equipped kitchen. Beautifully furnished. Amazing view from the terrace. Our host was lovely and very helpful. The unit is well stocked with cleaning products in case you need it. Having salt, pepper, and cooking oil available is very handy when travelling and cookingeals at home

We loved that Lucia met us at the door, showed us around her beautiful apartment and answered any questions we had. The upstairs terrace (even in winter) was enchanting and the perfect place to enjoy a🍷 and the fabulous view. The apartment itself was spacious, warm, homely and charming, with everything a family could ask for. We enjoyed many nights cooking and just enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the home. Location was close to the SMN train station and there were a few good restaurants in the area. Nice view from the terrace but it was too cold and rainy while we were there (Mid-December) to sit outside. Kitchen was very nice and all the cooking utensils were provided with a few spices. The host was friendly and helpful and she was waiting for us when we arrived. We recommend the apartment if you can overlook the negatives listed below.
