It was so easy to access the property through the phone and was great for myself and mum as we both went in and out at different times. it was clean, spotless and quiet but in the best location. Everywhere walkable and the tram !! The cafe on the corner did the best breakfast . brunch and coffee.

Giulio our host was very helpful with some issues we had as well as calling a taxi for us to go to the airport. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were basically new. Location was good as far as walking to most attractions in the centre, being around 15 to 2O minutes walking. Very well equipped for cooking a meal.

Giulio was very helpful eith the check in process amd everything was easy and ready when we arrived. The location for me was the best as I was attending a convention at Fortezza Da Basso right across the street. But it is also a 10 minutes walk from basically anything (train station, historic center and more). I definitely recommend that place!

We had a lovely stay. Giulio was an excellent host, and the apartment was really well laid out and tidy. Location was 15-25min walk away from most of the main attractions in Florence. We would gladly stay again!

The apartment has decent space, fitted with the necessarily appliances, nice furniture and bath room is beautiful. Giulio my host is excellent from our first correspondence I felt welcomed and cared for. During my stay any thing needed was attended to, Thank you Location is great 21-25mintues walk to get to city centre to dine and visit art galleries or take public transport but walking is your best option. Train station is 5-7 minutes walk so you could take fast train to visit Rome. Bus stop and metro station is 5 minutes walk. There are restaurants and coffee shops closed by and the supermarket is not too far 15 minutes.
