Location is amazing, walkable distance from all hotspots, but quiet en safe neighborhood. I loved this place! Everything was amazing.

The place was quiet and pleasant and the owners are extremely nice and willing to help with any request.

“Wonderful experience”

The hosts messaged us one day before arrival, and asked when we would arrive. Since we arrived much earlier than the check in time, they invited us for the check in earlier, and gave us the keys.They gave us a map of the city with recommendations for what to visit, where to eat, how to avoid tourist traps, gave us links on whatsapp. On the first day, we left the luggage at the location and went on to visit the city. When the room was ready, they moved the luggage in our room and messaged us to let us know it is ready. They checked in with us during our stay, they made reservations at restaurants for us, which was very kind. The recommendations were good. There is a very nice and cozy common area with a snack bar for guests, free of charge. There is also a terrace upstairs with tables to sit at with a nice view of the city. The room was spacious, comfortable, very nice decorated.

Alessia and Daniele are the most delightful hosts! Upon our arrival, they welcomed us with warmth and big smiles. Right from the first moments, it is obvious that they love what they do! Their guesthouse is oozing with old Italian charm, with lovely decor, old paintings and beds so comfortable, we slept like royalty! It is in the perfect location, in walking distance to the main attractions but in a quiet, local area with a slower rhythm than the crowded historic center. Not to mention, we enjoyed the morning routines of the Florentines at some amazing coffee shops and bakeries too! It was truly Alessia and Daniele that made our stay so wonderful though! They were always quick to answer any questions and always available by WhatsApp to send us on our hungry way to such amazing restaurant recommendations only known to the locals. They are kind, generous and endearing and they truly made our trip to Florence one that we will always hold dear to our hearts. Grazie Mille!!!

“It gave me a princess feeling. Kind owners too.”

This was a lovely room with bright pink walls and a four poster bed with old prints of villas on the walls. I loved the decor. There was also a communal coffee, tea and biscuit room upstairs. A mini fridge in the room with kettle. A rooftop dining area. A living room area with an honesty bar. I left with a sweet feeling that I’d stayed there. There is also an ascensore -essential if you have heavy luggage.

Owners super-friendly and helpful, Daniele gave us a lot of useful info. The place is nice, cozy and super-clean. Location is great, 10 minutes walk by city center, in a not crowded area but full of good restaurants and coffee-shops.

“Wonderful place in Florence”

This is a great place to stay in Florence. The rooms are very clean and cosy, boutique-hotel style. We never got the chance to meet the owners, but they were super friendly, helpful and responsible by phone and messages. They helped us several times during our stay. They are not on site most of the time, but their outstanding reactivity largely compensates. It also means there is no breakfast on site, but there are free candies, tea, snacks to help you wait until you discover one of the great places to have breakfast in the neighbourhood.

Perfect location, just a walking distance to all attractions. Beautifully furnished, very helpful staff.

Brilliant hosts who were really helpful with our late check-in and providing helpful tips for our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Really comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. Access to croissants, cake and coffee in the common area was a huge bonus!

The amazing care and attention given by Daniele the host. He welcomed us so warmly and gave us lots of hints about where and where not to visit in Florence. This personal touch was so lovely in such a busy city. The lounge area was well stocked with fridge cold drinks, snacks coffee pods etc and comfy seating. The room was a good size and beds super comfy. There was plenty of storage. Bathroom had a great shower, toiletries and strong hairdryer. Having Daniele available via WhatsApp if you needed anything was very reassuring especially when we got caught up in the rail strike. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence.

“A cozy retreat away from the chaos”

The room was cozy and had everything we needed, from toiletries, to coffee machine and tea kettle, and air conditioner. Daniele's hospitality absolutely made the experience more than worthwhile, giving us a very detailed map and suggestions of what to see, what to do and where to eat in the city. The location is about 15 minutes away from the city center. It's a very straightforward walk that was more than worth it for escaping the chaos and the noise from the more busy streets. If you go there via the airport, you can catch the T2 tram just outside and stop at Lavagnini Poliziano, and then it's a 5 minute walk. It was super simple to get to the property and to make it back again. Both Daniele and Alessia were always available to help us with reservations or anything that we needed during our stay. They are very welcoming and will put you at ease immediately, so take advantage and let them help you make this a great stay!

The exceptional attention of Daniele

The guest house was so beautiful and cozy! The location is very convenient especially if you are planning to rent a car ( private parking space at 6' walking distance.) and very close to the historic center. Daniele and Alessia are very warm people and so helpful (if you need any suggestions where to go, where to eat so you can avoid tourist traps then they are your people!) They definitely help make our experience so much better Tassos and I can't thank you enough! Totally recommended! Daniele and Alessia we hope to see you soon again!
