Breakfast with the family is a great start to the day. Location is helpful for the bus (buy tickets on the bus company App - you can buy for a whole family) and free parking on site. Useful to have a kitchenette

The property is 4 kilometres from Florence. It’s a very rustic old farm house. The hosts are amazing !! Breakfast was in their kitchen. Sat around a big kitchen table with the family. We loved it. There is a lovely walk by the river into Florence which we walked. Takes about 50 minutes. Bikes can be hired in Florence and there are plenty of cycling trails. Buses were our preferred transport into Florence. We downloaded the Tabnet app on our smartphone. Brilliant. We caught the number 23 that picks up near the petrol station. Last bus 11.30pm. We had a fantastic time here. Parking was safe too. We would definitely come back!!

Very nice breakfast, during which the owners accompany you and share valuable information on where to go and what to see, which was very useful. Very good accessibility of Florence by bus.

We loved the family and eating breakfast in their kitchen. We weren't in the main house but loved our accommodation. Florence is a bus ride away but we preferred to walk along the river not far from the property.

At this property we had the best experience. The room was nice, spacious, clean, characteristic. But the what made our stay the best was the lovely family as our hosts. They are so nice, friendly, helpful. Super welcoming we did not have this great experience anywhere in Italy. And the breakfast was superb! Food was delicious! And we loved the setting of it. Look forward to be back again one day. Thank you!!! :)

So much history within the space and courtesy of the owners who are a very warm kind family and so open to connection and helping. The breakfast was one of the best ever, aubergine omelette, baked goodies. Fridge, Huge bed & wardrobe.
