“Good location”
We were there for a concert nearby, so the location was very good, you're 15 mins by tram to the city centre. The price was good too, plus the staff was amazing.

We had a great stay! Very friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, kitchen. The accommodation is located on the tram line, which will take you directly to the centre. 10/10

the staff was nice and friendly. The room was comfortable. I am just not used to the seperation of bedroom and bethroom. We need to cross the pubic area to get the bethroom. But the other things were good.

The host was really helpful. I found free available parking near the hotel. There was a shared balcony and kitchen.

I had a great stay at this guesthouse in Florence. I arrived late, but Adel at check-in was very kind and helped me extend my booking smoothly for additional nights. He was always polite and helpful, which made everything easy. The accommodation itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Florence.

“I was working and needed to deliver lectures back to Australia. I was able to do that well.”
The care of the staff. Adel was very helpful and went the extra step to assist with any inquiries and assist in any way he could. He was very knowledgeable about Florence and travel options to the main city.

We spent the night at this hotel and we’re very happy! It’s a great place. We were greeted by a very, very, very friendly guy — an employee (or maybe the owner) of the place. He explained everything, helped us with everything, and we’re very grateful to him. Amazing place! Highly recommend! ❤️

We had such a comfortable stay! I didn’t ask for his name but the reception guy was so friendly and ready to help! The place was so clean, especially the bathroom. Short walking distance from the tram, which takes u to the center! Really really recommend 🫶🏻

The Room is very spacious and it has all facilities except the kitchen..they have a microwave and fridge as well but cooking is not possible . Remaining things are Good 😊
