Very close to the Santa Maria Novella station and the centre of town. The room was spacious looking onto an inner courtyard and with a small balcony and the room was very clean and comfortable with a kettle an complimentary tea and coffee.

“Lovely stay in a gorgeous room, would happily return.”
Lovely spacious room, really clean and comfortable. Had tea/coffee facilities plus a fridge which was really useful. Good location close to the main station and about 15 min walk into the heart of town.

Our room was very nice and clean.The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless!The location of the place is perfect for walking around Florence and at the same time easy to get to the trains. The staff are very polite and gave us a lot of information!

The room is very spacious, including the shower. A nice terrace. The big plus was the workers, who were very nice, welcoming, polite and helpful. A great location, just 2 minutes walk from the train station. Comfortable self check in.
