The location is good but we spent 1hour to search for the apartment by car due to the location given is not accurate. The parking is 35 Euro per day and 15min walk to the apartment. During check-in the apartment we found the interior of apartment is modern however is very dusty due to adjacent construction works in progress. After 20min check in my friend developed skin allergy due to the dusty environment. The owner come to us and offer us to cancel the booking and agreed to refund us full payment. Now we are still waiting for the refund hope the owner will honor his promise.

“Excellent apartments at a reasonable price”

This is a fairly large apartment with modern renovations, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (each room has its own bathroom next to it). It was very convenient for us, as my wife and I slept in one room and our daughter in the other, making them full bedrooms rather than a sofa in the living room, for example. Incidentally, the apartment also has a nice living room with a kitchen, kitchen equipment, and ample dishes and cutlery, a sofa, and a TV. It's almost right next to the city's historic center. Although the apartment is in an old historic building, the interior has been beautifully renovated.

Miss Baby met us at the tram and walked us to the apartment. She was very kind and helpful.

The toilet brush, fridge and cupboards were dirty. There was a strong smell of chlorine when we entered. There were also mosquitoes in the room. It’s hard to find parking, the closest one is 35 eu per day

The apartment has a homely feel. It has all you need in the kitchen + washing machine. The apartment has all the information you need for activities and restaurant recommendations. The host is very responsive.

It is situated in the city center, yet it's not noisy as the apartment windows open to an interior garden and not to the street. You can reach the Accademia in a 5 minute walk and the Duomo (Santa Maria del Fiore) in a 10 minute walk. There is air conditioning in every room.

The location is slightly out of the centre to give some relief from the crowds, but still within walking distance. The ceilings are so high creating an open atmosphere. The apartment is modern, clean, fully equiped and well planned out, but still maintains the artistic traditional qualities of Florence Italy. There are shops nearby and a pharmacy downstairs.
