“Perfect for a Concert Stay Near Arkéa Arena”

We stayed at New Samanke to attend a concert at Arkéa Arena, and the location was perfect, less than a 15-minute walk away. It was excellent value for money, especially considering as we didn’t need to spend much time in the room. The room itself was very clean and convenient. The rooms are located at the back of the restaurant in small bungalow-style units, which made it feel quite private. The street was also quiet, which was a plus. The host was very welcoming and easy to deal with, which made the stay even smoother. Overall, a great option for a short, practical stay near Arkéa Arena.

It was clean and comfortable

We had a perfect stay, the owner is extremly friendly and helpfull. The room with bath attached was simple, confy and very clean. The wifi was a bit weak. We could park our moto directly in front of the room, safely inside the permisses. We spent a calm night and are thankfull for the great hospitality!

Great room with ensuite bathroom, very clean and comfortable and quiet on the night. The owner was very hospitable and great food in the adjoining restaurant. Not too far from the centre for connections, would recommend.

“Budget stay( not quite) in Bordeaux.”

This is a cheap no frills room behind the owners' restaurant. The room was very clean and cool, as the blinds were down. There was a fan, which was necessary in the night. The kettle was appreciable; with some forward planning you can bring/make your own breakfast. There is also a bakery a few minutes drive down the main road. It is very near the river.

Parking in front of the guesthouse. It had a good African restaurant in the facility.

No wifi, even though it was advertised and no heating in the room. There were radiators, but they seemed to be locked off. It didn't bother me, I like to sleep in the cool, but others might feel the cold. Only hand towels, not much good for a shower. Room was a reasonable size, bed comfy, it was quiet and easily accessible, but had to work in my car parked at the front of the building most of the time.

“The room met all our requirements”

We went to see a show at the stadium and this was the perfect place to stay. Only a short walk back to the room. The room was very clean and comfortable- it had everything we needed. It was quiet and we had a great nights sleep - the electric shutters are great to block the light.

There was no wifi and tv in the room, even though it was written in the reservation that there would be.

We had an own entrance and could close the window with shutters.

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, almost no noise is heard. The room was clean, but it lacked several basic things. There is a very nice park at the end of the street.

Host was a lovely lady who met us despite our late arrival. Lovely food in the bar next to the apartment.

Very close to the arena where we were going for a concert. A 10 minute walk which made the stay very easy. Clean room with good facilities. Very good value for money.

Everything apart from the curtains. It was clean, comfortable and the owner was lovely. I would definitely come back again.
