The location is in a quiet residential area. It has a welcoming green yard palm trees, aloe, fig tree, pomegranate, olive tree, grapes, oleander and other flowers. A real bliss. On the front side you'll find a yard with with enough parking space for 3 cars. A welcoming terrace with canvas curtains and the main entrance. On the back side you have a covered terrace with a huge dinning area and a grill, as well a as a back yard. Easy access for the front and back terrace. First floor has one small to medium bedroom with a twin bed (with two single mattresses but works fine), one bathroom with shower/sink/toilet, one open space kitchen and a huge living room. There's only one air conditioning here, placed in the living room but it's a big one so you'll have no problem with the heat. The bedroom here is perfect if you don't want too much light. The second floor has 2 rooms (air conditioning in each room) and a bathroom with a small bathtub/sink/toilet. One room is medium in size, the other one is a bit bigger, but both have plenty of space and light. Also, each room has it's own balcony with a different 2 way view (sea/yard). It's the perfect spot for late night wine or a morning coffee and a book. All room windows have completely opaque vertical folding blinds. The location is nicely placed, you can get to the highway in about 5 minutes and from there go wherever you want. 15-20 minutes to Afithos, 50 minutes to Thesaloniki, 50 minutes to Nikiti. The seaside is about 5 minutes away by car or around 15 minutes by foot. Miss Svetlana was very helpful and kind - a big thank you goes to her.
