We loved our 2 week stay. Spotlessly clean and well maintained inside and out. Quiet but not too far from town. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean towels, bedding and house keeping every couple of days. Good size pool, comfortable beds, good showers and nice outdoor space.

This is a beautiful place in a nice and quiet location, but only a few minutes to all the amenities. We had a lovely stay and nothing was too much trouble. There was staff on hand always cleaning both the house and the pool. Would definitely recommend this place.

The villas are very beautiful, both inside and outside. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The garden and pool are perfect for relaxing and spending time outdoors. The path to the villas smells amazing because of all the flowers – a really nice touch! The owner was very kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. We came as a couple, but it’s also a great place for families with children. We really recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet and comfortable holiday.

It was well equipped, it was new and build with good quality material and decorated with good taste, it was clean and felt secure. It had a big swimming pool and the garden was well maintained with nice view, very relaxing! The location is close to explore Thessaloniki but also chalkidiki ( of course car is a must). The owner is a very warm and kind person always willing to help with any issue but also very discreet.

The villa was brand new, very clean and cozy. The pool and outdor terrace was amazing, you can even see the sea from the hill. Kally the host was very kind with us and helpful.

Place is absolutely wonderful! We spent 3 nights on Esperanza Villas and everything was perfect. House's are complete equipped, and 1 km away from a very nice and friendly beach La Plage.

The property was very clean and well equipped with a premium feeling, located in a calm and peaceful area but not too far from the city centre and sea side. The host Kally, was helpful and knowledgable about the surrounding areas, with advices and recommendations about beaches, restaurants and beautiful places to see in the whole Halkidiki peninsula.

This is the best place around. The villas are brand new, extremely clean and modern. Each villa has a private pool, sea view and it is a fully equipped. Tranquility, easy access to beaches, tavernas and shops. Definitely come back.

The location is perfect, a few minutes drive from the beach and local amenities. The villa is new with individual parking and a personal pool, each villa has all required modern features and is thoughtfully laid out. Was perfect for our family of three with two double beds. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a private villa with amazing views and wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

These are 6 brand new villas with an amazing host - Kali who was very polite and caring. Each of the villas has a great outdoor space, where you can eat, work or simply enjoy. Each villa has it's own private pool (6-7m in length to 3m width) and a view of the sea and nearby village. Flogita, where the villas are located, has an amazing beach and great places to eat. Beach itself is 1-2 mins by car and 10-15 min walking. Nea Moudania (the largest town in Halkidiki) is just 6km or 5 min drive away, with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. All in all it was an amazing place to stay. Thank you Kali for the hospitality! We'll surely recommend.
