The host insisted on receiving passport details and addresses in advance by an unencrypted private email. As this is a serious breach of security and against the policies of Booking.com, I resisted this. He would not provide an alternative for check-in and my stay was cancelled at 11:30pm the night before my reservation commenced. As there was no affordable accommodation in Flims at this point we had to stay in another town. I would avoid this property at all costs.

The location was fantastic but the apartment was quite dark and the sofa doesn’t work next to the tv so we moved it to face the tv, which was so much better. The floor where then sofa had been was quite dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for some time.

The house was well furnished and the slope ended right in front of the house. The overall experience was great!

The apartment was very comfortable, very very clean and well serviced. Location of the Stenna apartments in unbeatable, right off the skilifts. Parking is very easy, and the ski room is super easly accessible. Very very good value for money
