“Perfect ski holiday, outstanding value and comfort!”

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a ski holiday. First of all, the price-to-quality ratio is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to recharge after a full day on the slopes. The dining options are impressive. There is a wide selection of restaurants on-site (3 or 4) but with a bit weird reservation system even if it's not full. We loved breakfasts as well! The pool and spa area is a real highlight. It's well-equipped, relaxing with all you may need: jacuzzi, 20m swimming pool, saunas etc. The ski bus service is efficient and punctual, and the hotel is only a 3-minute ride from the slopes. Hotel is walking distance from "city center". Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back!

Exceptional staff, really good service and they really make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The SPA is great, not the biggest but very high quality. Multiple restaurants serving top tier food. Fantastic breakfast as well

Amazing hotel. We stayed in the Annex Saldana but had access to all the facilities. Shuttle bus was very convenient. Spa area was one of the best I have seen.

“The most amazing winter hotel experience.”

It’s a very cozy yet classy hotel, rooms are very clean, staff are amazing and friendly, there is a spa with all kinds of offerings, outdoor pool with warm jacuzzi, and the breakfast is top class! Our kids love the playroom and the pool. There is shuttle to the slopes every other minute and the driver is super helpful and friendly. They even provided mini robes for our little girls they think about everything You just get so well taken care of here! We would love to come back!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had – a fully deserved 10/10. If you are coming to Flims, this is the only place worth staying. The hotel perfectly combines the atmosphere of a classic alpine retreat with a modern, elegant design. Everything feels thoughtful and refined, from the interiors to the overall ambiance. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful at every stage of the stay – genuinely warm, professional, and always attentive. There are three or four different restaurants offering a wide variety of excellent cuisine. The food is delicious (not the cheapest, but absolutely worth it), and the breakfasts are outstanding. One of the main lobby restaurants even has a DJ playing soft, pleasant music from the morning – a unique and very enjoyable touch that adds to the atmosphere. The spa area is superb: a proper swimming pool with warm water, a beautiful outdoor pool, and an excellent sauna section. It is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The location is in quiet street, a bit on the side but the ski shuttle service is flawless. I mean it. It runs smoothly in both directions, with waiting times never longer than five minutes. It is incredibly convenient and well organized. In 3 minutes you're next to the ski lift and after long day of skiing you can feel like a VIP with private shuttle just after you take off your skies. The hotel is great both for groups of friends and for families. There is a dedicated playroom and games area for children, which makes it very family-friendly. Accommodation is available either in the main building or in Villa Soldanella, but there is absolutely no need to worry about that. Everything is connected by an underground corridor, and the whole solution is so well designed that you barely notice the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and will happily return. An exceptional place in every sense with reasonable price as for Swiss Alps and such a quality.

Staff in the restaurants were not attentively servicing. Little attention for details and not aware of each other’s communication.

The "Soldanella" rooms are connected to the Hotel Adula by a short underground passageway, which is about a 2-3 minute walk at most, so in our opinion this can be counted like any other room in the hotel. - Bedroom was of a good size. The sofas and balconys were welcome additions. - Bedding was of exceptional quality. - Bedroom temperature was good, not too hot or too cold. - Reception staff were efficient and spoke good english. We arrived early and the bedroom wasn't available, the reception arranged for the staff to take our luggage to the room later without us event having to request it! - The spa/wellness area was great, with a large indoor pool and also good size outdoor jacuzzi/hot-tub pool. - Breakfast was varied and of good quality, even though the hotel was "fully booked" it never felt too busy or crowded. - The ski-minibus shuttle service was very efficient with pickups outside the ski room to directly to the lift station (and reverse). When booking, we thought that this may have been a gimmic, but were very impressed by the frequent service. - Getting to the hotel is very easy as it is convinently located a few minutes walk away from the post-bus stop with express busses to Chur for onward travel to Zurich.
