Hospitality and the lady owner provided useful information around the area for my next trip to Flims

The balcony view is amazinf The hotel is very close to the gondola. They have a separate storage room which is heated to store ski equipment. They leave a candy after making up your room for the day The rooms are nice and they have a certain charm about them. The value for money is very good for an accommodation in Switzerland.

Central location, easy walk to the main lift station and public transport. Good quality breakfast from 7am. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help.

What disappointed me most was the overall lack of flexibility and customer-oriented approach. Communication felt transactional rather than solution-focused. Even in a situation where a mutually reasonable solution could have been found, there was no willingness to engage constructively. For a hospitality business, this attitude is concerning.

The property has good location, close to lifts, quite. The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant is exceptional and breakafasts is good, but simple. Good choice of seeds, nuts, fruits at breakfast. Parking for the car is convenient. There is a ski room in the hotel, but it is in a separate building across the street and quite small.

Great value right in the center of Flims. Very friendly and helpful staff. They even gave us water bottles for the train ride to Zurich Airport.

The location was excellent, the facilities were perfect for our trip. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and our room was lovely. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast were of high quality.

The breakfast was excellent, variety of breads and cheeses, boild eggs, dessert and juices. The stuff were super nicely and kindly and they were very responsive to us! The location is 2 min from the gondola! They have a Ski room.

Great hotel with nice view out of the balcony, close to the bus stop and the main ski lift. Very clean and great set up of the room, very good breakfast, can recommend.

it‘s very well located - very close to zhe skilifts.

Renovated and clean rooms. Good WiFi. Knowledgeable team about food allergies. Lots of gluten and lactose-free options for breakfast. Very helpful reception team. Close proximity to Flem Xpress and Arena Express - only 3 minutes on foot. Greatly recommended for keen skiers and snowboarders. A'la carte menu in Bellevue restaurant is great. For sure I will come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel-Restaurant Bellevue very much! The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was fantastic with many tasty options and great service. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
