The pictures don't do it justice - it is a very lovely hotel with wonderful wellness facilities, staff incredibly helpful friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing. Best Bircher muesli and scrambled eggs ever. The spa is great, too. The shuttle to and from the slopes runs every 15 minutes right in front of the hotel.

It was a great trip! Good numbers, good breakfast (maybe i just add some bacon or sausages), the staff is kind! The spa zone is cool! Big thanks to M. Thomas and Mme Gisela for kindness! If one day I come back to Flims I will go back. :)

Spa!

Dinner schedule on sunday was rather limited, I think after 19:30 it was not an option already. I understand Sunday is also low occupation. The TV did not worked

Very friendly staff and wonderful view from the veranda and balcony. Swimming pool is heated and they have very nice sauna corner. Breakfast and dinner was included in the price and they were pretty fair. They have enough parking spots and facility is equpped with a skiroom. There is a shuttle that can bring you from the hotel to the ski lifts.

The wellness area was a higher standard than I expected. Very well designed comfortable rooms.

Good continental breakfast and 4 course evening meal with choices. Very good wine list at reasonable prices. The room had a balcony with lovely views. The decor was a bit dated but classic and was so comfortable and typically Swiss. The bed was also very comfortable. Bathroom had a bath with shower over with lots of hot water. There is a heated outdoor pool, but we were too busy skiing to have time to enjoy the wellness area. The hotel has a garden so a summer stay would be lovely. Hotel bus to ski lift or a local bus which stops outside. We were returning guests, so obviously we like the Cresta Hotel.

Nice spa area, it has couple of saunas and heated outdoor pool. Very friendly staff. We stayed in chalet next to the hotel and it was really nice.

“Cozy simple room for stay over night”

Stayed in the single economy room - in a separate house. And I really liked it. You have a feeling of a village house at your grandparents, simple and cosy. This is something I was looking for. :) Dinner and breakfast are good, but nothing special. It was good value for money

“Dignified hotel with historical atmosphere”

Friendly and helpful staff and fair price for the quality of the place - it's an old and very dignified hotel that holds its charm very well. Single room had shower AND bathtub (though shower wasn't really functional) and a lovely balcony. There's a restaurant and a simple bar - we ate outside, but a bar was great for a nightcap. The room was really spacious and cosy, one of the best single rooms I've stayed at. Several restaurants some 5-minute walk away.
