“Lovely”
Rustic, rural location and buildings. Lovely cosy room. Very comfy bed! Great to sit outside in the evening and hear the river trickling by at the bottom of the valley.

I spent one week in Podere Groppini and it was a very pleasant stay! The room is very clean and nicely decorated, with cosy kitchen with a beautiful view. The location is perfect for those who will spend time in the quiet area in the nature, but the center of town Fivizzano was only 10 min walking from it The hosts Giovanna and Massimo are very friendly and helpful, made my stay so comfortable! I was visiting it in December and even though I could use a little kitchen on the glass terrase. I can only imagine how beautiful it is in warmer time of the year, where you can enjoy the outdoor breakfasts right at your room. Thank you very much🙏

“Beautiful and clean stay”
The appartement was very clean and roomy, very comfortable beds. The grounds of the farm is beautiful with very nice porch for outside sitting. The owner helped with everything, including turning the heating on before season!

Podere Groppini is a lovely place, close to the center of Fivizzano, only 10 walk. But if you are in the cottage you feel like there is no civilization around you: nature, birds singing, no traffic... we enjoyed our 6-night-stay very much. Giovanna and Massimo are very kind people and made the cottage and our stay very cozy.
