The hotel charged my credit card at the beginning of the stay and additionally placed a hold with almost the same amount for some reason. When I asked about this at checkout, they said it is their common practice and the additional hold will be removed within 5-7 days. Its been 14 days now and the hold has not been removed from the credit card balance, which is annoying.

This was my second time visiting. Both times were pleasant. It was very clean and quiet. There's also a lot of restaurants and fun activities nearby.
