Villa Fotini is an accommodation that combines the traditional with the modern, blue with white. It is located in Firostefani, the highest point of Fira. Where you can enjoy the Eastern Aegean, the sunrise and the beautiful Anafi. Close to the property you can find restaurants, cafes, famous Blue Dome and in just 5 steps you can get to Caldera and Sunset view.

Such a lovely place to stay in Santorini! We stayed here for 1 night, arriving by boat the first day and travelling home the next. Maria was a wonderful host, and helped us arrange transport from the ferry, and to the airport the next day. Our flight was later in the day, and we were able to store our luggage after checkout so we could explore Fira and Firostefani. There are restaurants right next to the hotel with wonderful food, and the view from them is beautiful. It is a short walk into Fira, and you can walk along the caldera for beautiful views. The room was nice with everything we needed, and a very comfortable bed.

“A perfect stay with an incredibly caring host!”
I had an amazing stay. Maria, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She allowed me to check in early for free when I arrived in the morning, which I really appreciated. She also gave me a lot of great recommendations for cafes and restaurants, I followed them and they were all amazing. You can really feel how much she cares about her guests and their comfort. Everything felt very warm, personal, and well thought out.

“Amazing place to stay in Fira, Santorini”
The room is very clean and Maria is very friendly. More importantly, the location and the views from the room are amazing. It is very close to many great restaurants and shops in Fira. Also, it is very close to tourist attraction, Firostefani. Definitely recommend this place to stay at in Fira.

“Cute stay at a gorgeous location”
I like everything about the stay. The place is very cute, nice, comfortable and clean. The location is just behind Fira and beside the sea. Behind the hotel is a very nice walking place beside the sea which we miss after our return. Our host Maria is a very nice and friendly lady. She took care of us for making our stay more comfortable.

“A perfect hotel for my 3 night solo stay!”
A charming hotel in a great location, about a 10-12 minute walk from the centre of Fira. Maria and her brother (Mikey) were fantastic, so lovely and accommodating. Maria showed me some decent places to go for breakfast, dinner, drinks etc and supplied me with maps if needed. The room was perfect for what I needed, with it being clean and having facilities such as Air-Con (a must!). Shower gel/shampoo was provided along with plenty of towels and hangers for clothes. It was the perfect place for my stay.

“Wonderful”
The room was lovely and clean. Maria was very welcoming, she answered all our questions and gave us a map of the best places to visit during our stay. I had organised the trip for my partner’s birthday and Maria left balloons, a delicious cake and candles and a little bottle of fizz in our room which was wonderful! I would highly recommend staying here!

Deluxe Room
The deluxe double room is a new type of room located on our second and higher floor (accessible only by stairs). It has a double bed and a bathroom made in the traditional way of making baths in Santorini, the pressed cement mortar in earthy shades. But what stands out is the view of the balcony. One the one hand the endless blue of the Aegean and on the other the traditional blue dome of Agios Gerasimos.
Double Room
The double room on the first floor with comfortable bed, modern bathroom with shower and two balconies offers you a comfortable stay. One balcony overlooks the endless blue and the beautiful island of Anafis and the second balcony overlooking the Cycladic style of houses.
Small Double Room

Superior Double Room with Balcony
The superior room is located on the second and highest floor of the property (accessible only by stairs). It has a large double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a built-in shower that resembles a cave, using the traditional and modern way of shaping, the pressed cement mortar. The balcony overlooking the sunrise and the Anafi island.
Twin Room
The twin room has two single beds is on the first floor and it has a quiet balcony overlooking the traditional settlement.
Studio
The studio on the first floor has a comfortable large bed, a sofa bed, a modern bathroom with shower, serving utensils (plates, cutlery etc.) and a large balcony. The balcony overlooks the traditional Cycladic-style houses .
