“Wonderful staff, perfect location, 5 stars!”

This is my third time staying at Splendour and it is consistently a great hotel and experience! :) The location is perfect and the staff are kind. You can walk into the town on the left and the right and you don’t have to spend a lot of money on Taxi’s as the location is so convenient. There are lots of nice restaurants on the edge of the Caldera literally 5 minutes away. The staff are so kind and helpful and always have a smile and go above and beyond to make you feel special. We were greeted with a personalised hand written note and a bottle of wine from the manager. We had a private pool which was also the highlight of the stay. The breakfast is delicious and there is a big variety to choose from. A special and warm mention to the staff who made my stay even more memorable: Mevlan, Oksana, Konstantinos, Anthimi and Paul. We had a lovely stay at Splendour Hotel and Suites. The room with private pool was absolutely amazing, and we really appreciated the thoughtful free gifts they offered us. The property is beautiful and the service felt very welcoming.

“A beautiful resort with a quiet but convenient location”

Great location near Fira but quiet and private. Also walking distance to Imerovigli. A really big room and bathroom. A tasty breakfast. Super nice & helpful staff. A beautiful view (not the caldera but a sea view to the other side of the island). We really liked the atmosphere.

The staff at this property are excellent. We got an unexpected upgrade at check in which was great!

Very nice room and great local.

Location is good but still you need to have a transportation of you want to visit the island. Room is extremely large although we had the top one with private pool. Vey nice staff.

We were upgraded to a room with a pool which was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was better than expected with a wide variety of food to choose from. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to Fira too.

“Lovely people, great room with pool and amazing view!”

Really lovely big room with its own private pool overlooking the sea. Waking up early to catch the sunrise was pretty special! People were great, especially reception for arranging transfers, providing suggestions for places to go, all the cleaning staff and Malfa (our friend from Albania) who took our heavy cases from top to bottom of the property and back again. All up very, very happy with Splendour!

We really enjoyed our stay to Splendour Hotel!! Amazing rooms, very spacious and clean. The hotel is perfectly located very close to Fira and just a few seconds from the cliffs! The staff was very helpful and always so kind! Thank you all for the amazing job!!

Big and clear rooms
