Overview
Located in Firostefani, the three centuries-old Sensyo Traditional Caves offers self-catering accommodation with panoramic views over the volcano and the caldera. It features a spacious terrace and it is just a 10-minute walk away from the lively town of Fira. Studios and apartments at Sensyo open out to a furnished balcony or terrace. They come with a kitchenette, a dining area and an en-suite bathroom. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Guests are offered filter coffee, sugar, orange juice, table water and a bottle of local Nychteri wine. Cooking products such as olive oil are also offered. In the town of Fira, you will find a great variety of restaurants, bars and night clubs. Santorini Airport is 5 km away. Free WiFi is available throughout and free parking can be found near the premises.

“Lovely place for a chilled out stay in Santorini”
We stayed at Sensyo Caves when we were ‘trapped’ on Santorini for an extra day due to a windstorm. The team quickly accommodated us and let us check in early. Everything was lovely and comfortable. It is a little walk out of the centre of town which meant it was a little quieter and there are quite a few stairs to navigate so small bags or backpacks will be easier for travellers. The reward is of course the spectacular views and we appreciated the small touches like a bottle of local wine as well 😎

“Peacefully beautiful view of Caldera”
The rooms was very tastefully decorated. The refrigerator was stocked with Juice, water and wine, which was really kind of host. Enough of Tea Coffee stash was available. Daily cleaning service was very good. It has wonderful verandah , open space to enjoy your evenings. The view is amazing from the location. Only difficulty was few stairs but that is true with any hilly city. We really enjoyed the place

“Magnificent location to get around everywhere by walking or bus. Quaint accom. Relaxed vibe”
We loved the quaint ambience of the cave accom, and the lovely terrace area overlooking the magnificent views. The location was superb in terms of easily accessible, via walkways and close to the main towns and restaurants but quiet and uninterrupted views

“HIGHLY recommend, practically perfect!”
We had an incredible experience and believe it was brilliant value for the money we spent. Our room was only small, but very well equipped and comfortable with everything you could need. Fresh OJ, wine and water was provided upon arrival and little postcards with you can help yourself to was a really nice touch. The BEST part however is the VIEW of the caldera, each night we sat on the terrace to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Daily housekeeping and the close vicinity of delicious restaurants makes this place the BEST!

Excellent position in Firostefani. Room was actually perfect with a great view on Imerovigli as well as the sea. Exclusive and private sunset directly from the room. Fira centre is just a 10 min walk from the hotel.
