Amazing panaramic view over the coldera and volcanic rock

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, offering a breathtaking panoramic view from the room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It is a very peaceful place, with great restaurants just 2–3 minutes away, and very close to everything. The room was cleaned every day, and everything was kept spotless throughout my stay. A special thank you to Nikos and Efrem, who were always very kind, friendly, and helpful. If I visit Santorini again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Waow ! a Breathtaking VIEW !! Very welcoming and professional team, Nikos and his brother were always here to help and arrange reservations. Excellent communication with them, before, during and after our stay. You can tell that they really pay attention to their guest personally. Super clean Free upgrade when we arrived, in an amazing room caldeira view. The view was crazy.. Great local advices Also Excellent location near all the restaurants and bars and buses. 10 min walk from Fira. Quiet and peaceful place. Also, we had a late flight and could enjoy the facilities of the hotel all day long. Thank you again for this memorable stay.

Best view ever.

The location and the area. Best caldera view. We got upgraded to Caldera view room. We had uninterrupted view of the caldera. Room was clean. It felt so homely.

“Beautiful place to stay 1 or 2 nights in Santorini”

It's an old but very pleasant house, located 750 meters from Fira, the center of Santorini, and the airport bus stop. Efren greeted us before check-in time, explained everything, and we arranged for breakfast in our room, which had a beautiful view. The property is highly recommended

“Amazing location with breathtaking views”

Amazing location with breathtaking views and georgeous rooftop, very helpful staff, good breakfast with slightly different selection each morning. Nice room, comfortable bed with real European blanket and bedsheets. The owner recomended some restaurants nearby which were really good. Walking distance to Fira center - the walk takes you through a lovely ridge overseeing the volcano and I loved every step on it. Walking distance also to te Fira central bus station from where bustrips can be taken around the island. Evening walk towards Imerovigli was also lovely though up the hill all the time :-). I would love to come back to this place for sure, it stole my heart.

Such a beautiful place to stay in Santorini! Everything was perfect, the rooms are so clean and comfortable and the staff are very welcoming. I would definitely come back soon!

Recently my husband and I travelled to Santorini and had the pleasure of staying at Kafieras View. What a great choice! Nikos, the owner, warmly greeted us upon arrival and then promptly offered us a free upgrade. After being shown both rooms the upgrade was the obvious choice! The room was lovely and the ocean view was stunning!!! That view made our stay in Santorini unforgettable!!! We loved the breakfast box that was delivered to our room daily and always on time. Each day breakfast was a bit different but always fresh and ample for the two of us! Customer service and satisfaction are clearly a priority for Nikos and his staff! Kafieras View is situated so that you can easily walk to many restaurants and/or to the shopping area. We do recommend that you have GPS on your phone if out walking as it will help you navigate the winding and often confusing sidewalks and streets of beautiful Santorini!

Amazing stay, probably my favourite hotel of our holiday. Epic view from the roof which is available to all guests and the small plunge pool was very refreshing in the heat. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable with a very nice bathroom. Easy to walk to most places and loads of restaurants near by. Hotel also arranged pick up for us from the ferry terminal. Staff were so friendly and helpful too.
