“Lovely location and friendly staff”

Great location, lovely staff who were keen to make our stay as good as possible George gave us an upgrade from what we had booked which we appreciated. Lovely breakfasts too. Although not as central for bus eyc I think Firastefani is less hectic than Thira.

This property was perfect for us a a couple. The hosts and staff were fantastic and so friendly and helpful. The property was cleaned daily to a very high standard, the breakfasts were excellent, we didn’t need to eat again until the evening. We will definately be returning next year!

“Pretty, peaceful and perfectly located!”

An authentic cave house perfectly located near cafes and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of ‘downtown’ Fira, with a front row seat to the stunning sunsets from our beautiful pool suite. Georgio and Nicoletta were perfect hosts with too many kindnesses to mention.

Amazing location with great sunset views. Staff is very friendly and went the extra mile to help and make us feel welcomed. We stayed here for 3 days and this place is very central to Santorini. A lot of good resteraunts nearby. 10 min walk to Fira marketplace. Very yummy breakfast. Large parking area nearby.

Ikastikies Suites were faultless. From the minute we arrived and were greeted by Nicoletta and Giorgos to the final ‘yasou’ they could not have been more kind or welcoming. Nicoletta is a mine of information and efficiently booked restaurants (Aktaion is superb) sailing trips and taxis. All the staff are delightful, the rooms beautifully presented and immaculately clean and breakfast delicious! Firostefani is an ideal middle-ground for exploring to Oia or Fira while avoiding crowds. The suites are an oasis to relax in, with incredible views across to the islands and along the coastline. We loved our stay. Thank you.

“Spectacular views, prime location & exceptional hospitality”

We loved everything about our stay at Ikastitikes Suites! It is perfectly located between Fira and Imerovigili, within walking distance of both. Overlooking the caldera, the daytime, night time and especially sunset views are spectacular. The suites are lovely, comfortable and well equipped, and the hospitality is exceptional. You won't believe the amazing breakfasts! The owner Giorgos, and his delightful, patient and always helpful manager, Nicoletta, along the attentive staff, make you feel like the most important people on the planet! If you have the opportunity to stay at Ikastitikies jump at it! You will love it!

Giorgos and his team are the best hosts you can imagine. We were taken care of from the moment we arrived. I didn't have to worry about the transportation to my business meetings. The view from the suite was breathtaking and helped me to reset from my meetings. The private pool is certainly a plus as well as the cool interior of the cave suite. A supermarket is situated close by for all the necessities. Also, the bustling city of Fira was nearby with an authentic Greek feel! We will be coming back just for the hospitality of Giorgos and his team!
