Great location and facilities, cleaned rooms everyday and helped us with things to do on the island, even returning our rented car for us due to early ferry.

The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. He helped us with airport transfers, booked some taxis and tours for us and also suggested the best ways to roam around Santorini.

The Host Ilias was extremely helpful from check in to check out and made everything so smooth throughout, going above and beyond and even helping us plan our day around the island with his local knowledge. The accomodation is well located and has such a lovely homey feel, we had the best stay on the island at Ersi Villas. Located only a short walk from the local buses that take you around the island as well. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff for making our stay one to be remembered!

The setting is lovely, the facilities were great, daily cleaning, complimentary morning tea/coffee, complimentary towels for beach days, and Elias was very helpful, friendly, and informative of the areas and things to do/see.

Clean and lovely surroundings with plants and flowers. Great seating shaded area and sunbeds near the pool. Just a short, uphill walk to the sunset views, restaurants and shops, so a good location whilst being away from the very busy areas of Fira.Plunge swimming pool was very clean and great temperature for a refreshing dip. Complementary coffee available in the morning was a lovely gesture.

Great location close to the caldera, in an oasis of calm. Family-run beautiful gardens with a pool and rooms around. Lovely coffee available in the mornings from a room near reception. Great-sized room with views across to the east (non-caldera) side of the island. Near good bars and restaurants. Have stayed here many times and always look forward to our return.

“Wonderfull stay”

We had a wonderful stay at Ersi Villas! The host was incredibly helpful, giving us detailed tips about the island. He also helped us with our luggage, until checkin time. The location was perfect — close to the center, restaurants and shops, but peaceful and quiet. The daily cleaning service kept everything spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Beautiful hotel with stunning views and relaxing pool. Around 15 minutes walk from the center. The owner is fantastic and helps with everything. We highly recommend this place!

The view, the pool, the cleanliness, the flexibility of the reception are perfect! I recommend it to others! It's in a very good location! Just meters from the "famous" blue domed church.

“Great Location and Friendly People”

If you are after a great value family run apartment in an awesome location on Santorini then this is it. The apartments were not big but they were very clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. Ilias was such a nice guy and very helpful with giving us ideas for our visit. The young guy, who's name we didn't catch, who met us when we first arrived was great and very good to chat to. The kitchen setup is basic but we managed to cook a meal there one night and ate out the other evenings. There was even a small dining table inside. The pool is lovely to relax at and to cool off after a day out exploring. The proximity of Ersi Villas to Firostefani and to Fira is great. You are away from the hustle and bustle of the caldera area but only a short 5 minute walk away to enjoy that area.

Very comfortable room . Lovely style villas with tranquil gardens. Very clean and well maintained.

The swimming pool is very clean and accessible, and it offers free coffee in the morning. Location wise, the stay is very close to Fira town/bus station (10 min by walk) but very quite at the same time so almost like a hidden gem in the center of Fira.

Staff were amazing and the place was kept very clean!
