“Friendly Staff and Spectacular Views”

The hotel is in a great location, just a pleasant walk from the centre of Fira while still offering a peaceful setting. Our room was a good size. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed throughout our stay. Breakfast was served each morning on trays delivered to our room, which we enjoyed outdoors on our the terrace. We also had access to a shared pool and comfortable sun loungers. The highlight of our stay was the magnificent view from outside the room, which was absolutely stunning and made our time in Santorini even more memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall atmosphere and attention to detail. The highlight of my stay was definitely the stunning ocean view from the balcony. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and watching the sun set over the water made the experience truly unforgettable.

Fantastic views, super clean room, lovely breakfast overlooking the sea & volcano, lovely friendly staff, quiet location within 10 mins picturesque walking to the edge of Fira (20 mins to centre). Also close to some free public parking which was handy for the hire car. All in all a great place to stay.

“A Wonderful Stay at Chic Hotel Santorini!”

I stayed at Chic Hotel Santorini for just one night, but it truly exceeded all my expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, stylish, and offering absolutely breathtaking views. A special mention goes to Jona at reception, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. To top it all off, I was surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with my very own heated jacuzzi. It was such a thoughtful gesture, especially as it was the end of the season and they really didn’t have to do that. That small act of kindness made my short stay even more special. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I can’t recommend Chic Hotel Santorini highly enough, perfect service, beautiful rooms, and amazing staff. I’ll definitely be back!

“Perfect place for the Santorini experience”

The hotel is a pretty stripped back affair - no bar, no restaurant, etc - so it needs few staff. All those that worked there were amazing, but special mention for Jona, for whom nothing was too much trouble and always with a genuine smile. You could have breakfast pretty much when you wanted it, from a pick list the night before, and she or someone else would set a table by your room at that time. The rooms all have some degree of privacy, but there are also communal areas that anyone can use, and the sun deck is pretty amazing, as is, of course, the sunset from it. The location and layout is hard to visualise from pictures, but it works very well. Firostefani is a good base, because it's between the noisier, busier areas of Firo and Imerovigli, but there are still plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk.

Amazing view with the best sunsent you can ever see. The staff are the best. Super helpful, friendly, always there for what you need. We could not ask for more.

WOW. What an unbelievably beautiful hotel in a beautiful spot with amazing views. The property was amazing, beautiful, different and a perfect place to stay in Santorini. The room was fantastic, the pool was a dream and a great spot to just cool down and chill after a busy day. We used it everyday and only had another couple use it once at the same time. Breakfast was brought to our room daily and we had it on our outside table each morning, absolutely lovely and plenty of food. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and couldn’t help enough, the manager though was extra helpful and delightful. This is a must stay if you want to go to Firostefani.

Absolutely wonderful. Really good location and clean nice room and spacious bathroom. From other reviews thought the room was going to be small but actually it was so spacious and perfect size for our couple. Nice swimming pool and sunbed to enjoy :) Staff was amazing!

We were amazed by this hotel. The view is incredible, the breakfast is fantastic and the staff are five stars, super attentive, always concerned about our well-being and always available to help. My husband had a birthday and at the last minute I asked them to make the gesture of putting a candle on a slice of cake, but they had the lovely gesture of buying a cake at that moment so we could sing happy birthday. I am very grateful and have a full heart. Thank you to Jona, Besi and the whole team, they could not have been better.
