“Wonderful”

The friendly staff, convenient location, and beautiful night view were wonderful.

I was drawn to this hotel by its 9,9 rating and it did not disappoint. Panos and the staff really do go above and beyond to cater to the guests. We were a party of four and had the Azure Suite and the Angel Suite. They were both so spacious and comfortable. And the views from the suites are better than what is captured in pictures. We especially appreciated the privacy of the Azure Suite's terrace and outdoor hot tub. The breakfast was the most varied, copious and delicious breakfast we have ever had at any hotel! We had quite a luxurious stay at Allure Suites. We were also happy with our decision to stay in Firostefani and enjoyed the laid back vibe of the area.

Everything was just about perfect. Panos is a very friendly host. Takes care about everything. Couldn't be nicer. Room (Angel) is very nice. Location is perfection.

“Wonderful views of the caldera from our private hot tub”

Excellent location just 10-15minutes walk from the main area in Fira. We had a great view of the caldera which was also semi private as it was away from the main pedestrian walkway. Champagne breakfast was provided every morning on the terrace which we found to be a great start to our day! The check in process was seamless, and we had a wonderful introduction to the property and area by Panos.

Spacious, well equipped, beautiful decor and furnishings, and the surprise of a jet spa in the main bedroom. More like a 2 level villa which allowed for privacy and full access to amenities for myself and my son. Simply stunning and beautiful. Hosts were gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. Went out of their way to assist and share their experiences of travel and in particular, about Santorini. All requests followed through such as, organising tours for us, providing a driver, and confirming of ferry services. Exceptional and friendly service. Wide choice of breakfast served in our room was the icing on the cake. Loved it!

“Exceptional - don't look any further!”

Cannot rave about this place enough! If you're considering accommodation in the Fira area of the island, don't look any further honestly! Panos was so incredibly kind and the service was spectacular - he even woke up at 5am to help us with bags and a taxi. Breakfast was on another level and all home cooked and freshly prepared every day (even with sparkling wine!!). My mum thought it was the best accommodation she's ever stayed at and could not stop raving about it for the rest of our trip. Location is also great - close to Fira but also quiet and peaceful enough to enjoy the view. Thanks so much Panos for a memorable stay!

There was nothing not to like. Even before we arrived Panos rang us the day before our stay and due to us relocating from elsewhere on the island arranged for early access to the room. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable from recommending restaurants, to providing directions to local landmarks. The breakfast each morning was brought to the balcony and was high quality. The Angel Suite we stayed in was spacious with a sofa bed and toilet upstairs and a very spacious bedroom and ensuite downstairs. The location is perfect for accessing Fira and beyond with easy access to the bus station. I would certainly stay again.

What can I say about this place. From the moment we arrived Panos was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect. Right in Firostefani but not busy, close enough to walk to Fira. There is even a parking lot behind the hotel which we used. Panos even gave us a brief history of the Three Bells of Fira which is right next to the property. The view from the terrace was beyond incredible. While most people head up to Oia for the sunset, we were able to see it from our terrace. The breakfast delivered to our room was the best we had in our entire stay in Greece. The service was impeccable. This place is great value for what you get. I can't say enough about this place. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The room is absolutely gorgeous. It’s spacious , comfy . The deign is wonderful with the added attention to detail . It’s immaculate . It’s in firostefani so it’s perfect if you want to walk into Fira . The hotel manager is above and beyond !!
