The apartement Oliva with Melitta and her husband has been in an excellent and very clean condition. The interior, furniture and the archictecture of the building, the pool (with lights in the evening) are excellently done. As we have been just married, Melitta did decorate the bedroom upstairs the wedding deco, that was nice :) We enjoyed the silence in the night and our own breakfast and dinner, sitting on the terrasse.

beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful craftsmanship throughout. unique wood and stonework, comfortable furniture, big terrace, perfect vacation kitchen, swimming pool, location - 10 min. from novigrad, markets, beaches, 10 minutes to istralandia water park. would be easy day trips to porec, funtana, vrsar, rovinj... lovely couple who renovated the place themselves live on the ground floor - very easy, sweet and helpful people.

Location was great. Close to the beach. Lovely outdoor pool was totally private and available to just us (family of four). Wonderfully rustic decor, very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Owners were very helpful and friendly.
