“Good, but with even greater potential!”
Great location, very close to the gondola, only one bus stop away. Beautiful views and good-sized rooms. My family enjoyed the swimming pool and gym area!

Nice place within reasonable walking distance of the Finkenberg Almbahnen. They offer parking, and although you can’t reserve a spot, there are usually enough spaces available. The breakfast was excellent, the hotel was clean, and the room was spacious.

1 star – Disappointing stay and dismissive handling afterward We stayed 13–20 Feb (two couples, rooms 330 & 336). The experience was far below expectations, mainly due to basic service/quality failures: Parking was presented as “available,” but on arrival we learned there are only ~9 spaces for a hotel of 100+ rooms. This wasn’t clearly communicated up front. We booked two rooms in the same category. One was fine. The other (Room 336) was not properly cleaned (dust, trash not emptied, bathroom unpleasant), had no working heating, and we had no housekeeping during the stay. The “private porch” setup was shared with multiple rooms, with very limited privacy (windows facing each other). At the spa, the jacuzzi was closed with no prior notice. After the stay, we contacted the hotel. Their response was essentially: because we didn’t complain during the stay, they won’t take responsibility. They offered €30 as “goodwill” on a reservation of €2,000+, then refused to reconsider. The issues are the hotel’s responsibility regardless of whether a guest complains in real time (cleanliness, heating, and basic maintenance should be correct by default). We won’t return, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

“Nice hotel”
Nice hotel, the rooms are a bit old, but cozy. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. The views from the hotel windows and the balcony are stunning.

“👌 super”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, with a bus stop and public transport just around the corner. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes at the buffet, and the service was excellent. The building itself is full of historic charm, yet very comfortable and luxurious. Everything exceeded my expectations – highly recommended!

“Small nice hotel near by activities”
First time stayng in hotel where is online check in and no reception. The keyone answered to emails in same hour which was great. We had room with seperate bed room which was big. Breakfast basic but good. Pool was nice, little cold water tho.

“Nice place”
Easy self-check in, parking included, very nice breakfast, nice location in town, there was a live local music by the church in the evening which created a lovely atmosphere.

“A hidden gem in the mountains”
Everything was perfect, the building is beautiful, the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was a blessing from heaven. I only had a few accomodations with this kind of comfort. 10/10

Nice room with big comfy beds that is very close to the bus stop. Spa is also good with sauna and steam bath. Breakfast is also good with many choices.
