Great location within walking distance of beach, shops and club. Very quiet area which was good. Enjoyed the communal bbq and pool.

Great proximity to the beach, quieter than busy central Nelson Bay, it was great there was a pool in the complex as there was a lot of recent storm run off at the beach. Good sized place just what you need. Not sure why there was ratings about not being clean we didn’t have any problems.

The unit was a good size, close to the shops and the beach. Kitchen was well stocked.

Location of the property was just fine. Collecting the key was a pain travelling to another location in Port Stephens (Nelson Bay) only to come back again to Fingal Bay, and then back again to Nelson Bay for the return of the keys. On arrival, exhausted from attending our Dad's funeral that very day, we entered the property to three large cockroaches, in the kitchen and two in bathroom; and our bed sheets and bath towels were packaged up on the kitchen bench - with no beds prepared ready for us. We were simply too exhausted to carry it all up the stairs and spent the night sleeping on top of the bed covering. The place also smelt unclean, like old curry. Unlike the lovely pictures depicting what we expected would be a relaxing and peaceful stay at the property, we instead tried to spend as little time there as possible.

It was a shame the property did not have any hand soap in the bathrooms or even at least one bathroom as I had arrived under prepared and assumed hand soap is generally always in accommodation.

The garage keys didn’t work they were broken so we physically had to reach up and hold down the open and close button inside the garage to leave and come back and then had to go through the front door just was a hassle everytime we left or came back to the property. The main bed was worn out and the person sunk into the mattress

It was clean, spacious and felt safe. It was on a central location!! I would stay here again another time, great value for money !
