“Ok”
It seems like they have a different location which is not disclosed at the booking time. You are then taken to a different building for your room. Breakfast is not worth the money it’s really basic. Staff at breakfast could be more polite and not expect international travelers to speak German.

“Spendid Hotel”

“Perfect Stay, 10/10”
- Very good location, right in front of the train station, (Filderstadt Bahnhof). - The staff was very helpful and very friendly. They understood and spoke English well. - The room was clean and in perfect condition when I arrived. The attached toilet/shower was also clean and had all the expected supplies, except a toothpaste. - The room had an electric kettle with coffee and tea sachets. It would be nice to have 2-3 extra sachets. Overall 10/10, I would love to stay here again and would recommend my friends the same.
