They don't return your deposit. After 31 days I got it return by automatic system from my bank. They didn't pick up or respond anymore. Even booking.com couldn't reach them. SHOULD BE DELETED FROM BOOKING.COM

“Good value central location”
It's perfect for a quick stay. Close to the centre. The reception guy carried my bag which was really nice of him. I noticed they also offered what looked like a great breakfast for 5€

Location - city centre. Clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. Good value for money. This was our second visit to Figueras and second stay in the same hotel.

“Pleasant”
The location was central, with all amenities and the Dalí Museum within walking distance. There is also a free parking lot right in front of the hostel, and the area is pretty quite.

Alternative accommodation was OK, although I was distressed just before our arrival saying they were unable to meet our special request, although they did at the last minute. Receptionist was most unhelpful about parking and our car was towed away by police. When she was asked in the morning to call the police to find out what had happened the receptionist refused and sent two 85 year olds to walk almost an hour to the police station who then sent us to walk for another hour to collect the car and pay a fine of?152.. all of this I attribute to the lack of service and poor attitude of your staff
