“Great Resort”
Reception Staff excellent. You cannot fault the Village, it has every amenity and the Swimming Pools and water parks are fantastic for the Kids. There is so much to do, especially for the Kids. This is the third time we have stayed here and are looking to come back next year, but we'll use other accommodation on site.

“Upgrades to the apartments desperately needed - and don’t believe you will get the apartments photographed on Booking!”
Good customer service (eventually) by Nora to change our room after the one bedroom apartment looked absolutely nothing like the photos and was in fact dark, smelly, damp and depressing. We arrived with a baby, and had to wait 2-3 hours before being provided an adequate room.

We loved the pool, the treetop activity and the food options were good. We loved dining alfresco with a view staying in a 2 bedroom apartment in the old house. Staff were friendly and helpful.
