Nice appartment, nice Residence, and Fiesole +++ Quite calm and well equipped. Tommaso is really devoted, and quite useful to give a soul to the stay.

“Beautiful setting overlooking the hills”

It was great to come back to somewhere quiet, overlooking the hills, after a busy day in Florence. The accommodation felt secure with the access gates. We enjoyed having our own patio area for breakfast and morning coffee (there’s a nearby supermarket). The No.7 bus stop is about a 5 min walk away and very convenient for Florence (take the T2 tram from the last busy stop to get further into the town.) We ate in local Fiesole restaurants every evening and enjoyed them all, but especially Bistrot 5.

“A perfect place to explore Florence from.”

The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed; we even cooked on a couple of nights. Fiesole is a great base to explore Florence from; the buses only take 20 minutes to get into the middle of town, but it feels like you’re in the country and there are great local restaurants. Tomaso was an excellent host and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.

A fantastic location in its own right, as well as for visiting Florence. The regular bus service from the square to downtown Florence made the city accessible. Fiesole was a haven from the crowds in the city.

It was very pretty studio, nice garden and view to Florence. The place is very quiet and good decision for sightseeing in Florence. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. We will go back again.

This was the third time we stayed. We have a lovely view from the balcony. Privacy. All quiet and clean and well organised. These studio apartments with kitchen suit us. The accommodation is 10 minutes walk to groceries and Fiesole centre. We prefer to stay outside Florence, as it is cooler and more peaceful. The room is contemporary and functional.

The room is actually a fully equipped studio with a small kitchen in the living area. The B&B does not serve breakfast, but they do have a coffee machine. The location is very quiet, only less than 10 mins walk away from shops and the bus stop for Florence. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Upon our departure, it appeared that a train strike was on and Tommaso, the manager, arranged a minicab for us to take us to our next destination. Great service! There was a heatwave at the time, but Fiesole in the hills was much cooler and the air conditioning in the room was very effective!

Everything you could wish for in a self catering apartment. Spacious, clean, with fantastic views. Tomasso was really helpful with good information about the area. Secure gated parking was great for motorcycles.

Absolutely superb accommodation. Perfectly situated amongst excellent restaurants and close for travelling to Mugello! Exceptionally clean, comfortable and plenty space. Secure car park but town feels very laid back and Secure anyway. Excellent value and very friendly, highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful staff and residence - just a short walk to the Piazza with fabulous eateries and the number 7 bus , leaving every 15 mins to Florence - supermarket at the ready - washing machine on hand and all the help and information you need. Thanks
