Spent 10 days in Italy and this was our favourite stay. Comfortable. Full kitchen. Friendly host. Perfect place if you’re looking for something in the Florence region.

Everything was provided for breakfast. There was high attention to detail down to tea varieties, butter and yogurt. We had a homemade tart (very nice touch) and some Easter treats as well. The hosts' efforts went above and beyond. The hosts were also very accommodating and helpful. This may be the best short term rental we have ever experienced.

Breathtaking views, amazing accommodation and great optimal use of space. Michelangelo was extremely helpful with everything. A special thanks to his mum who made us a delicious fruit pie and also made fresh pasta sauce for us when everything was closed on Sunday. Highly recommended.

We stayed for Christmas. It was a very special holiday. The location was fabulous. Looking out of the window at the view took my breath away every morning. Michelangelo and his parents were perfect hosts. There were so many little touches to make us feel welcome. The Christmas tree, the home made fruit tart.It was Excellent.

A very generous basket of breakfast food and drinks is offered. Lots of kitchen tools available to cook. There are also soap, slippers and other hotel-like bathroom supplies. The flat is really clean and it seems that the hosts have thought of everything to make it convenient and cosy.

At fiesole magic you Feel like at your Place, it’s very clean, the beds are comfortable and the welcome is great: we found an home made cake on the table and loads of other treats. The property offers also a private parking which is really useful at Fiesole

Our stay at Fiesole is Magic was wonderful. The location is great, Firenze is really close to the apartment and can be reached by bus also. The apartment was really clean and nice. Michelangelo and his family is really friendly and we appreciated their hospitality. They also prepared a gift package including good wine and food and a great pie that has been prepared by Michelangelo's mother. It was one of the greatest apartments we ever stayed. I really recommend to stay there.

“Beautiful setting away from the crowds of Florence which is a short bus ride away”

This was our 4th visit to Fiesole, the accommodation the best by far. Fabulous view from the rear balcony of the Florentine Hills. Super clean and roomy large apartment. Michelangelo was very helpful and made our check in and check out a smooth transition. Franco, his dad helped us with the luggage and we had lots of it. There is a private car park 50 meters up the road which belongs to Fiesole is Magic. Piazza Mino is a short 20 min walk down the hill and the supermarket is along the way. The apartment is exceptionally clean and well serviced. Michelangelo’s mother had baked an apricot crostata for us and all other goodies were available to us also. It is a pleasure to see the whole family work as a team to make your stay a five star rated accommodation. I highly recommend Fiesole is Magic.

There isn’t anything to find fault at this property. The hosts were helpful and very lovely people. We even received a homemade crostata made by “la mamma.” The view was exceptional and the apartment was roomy. It was very clean and tidy and had everything one needed. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a lovely place to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Grazie!!

“Beautiful apartment, gorgeous views, and great host(s).”

As soon as we went in the door we could tell this place was something special. It was beautifully clean, spacious and well equipped. The view from the rear of the property is stunning, and the provisions supplied by Michelangelo (our host) and his parents were very much appreciated, including, and especially, the lovely pie made by Michelangelo's mother. I, personally, very much appreciated the Dolce Gusto coffee machine! We've read other reviews where people have left their rental car in the locked, gated compound that we were shown to on arrival, a few tens of metres from the property. That's exactly what we did; visiting Florence is made easy by just taking the bus from the centre of Fiesole, a 10-15 minute walk down the road from the property. Buses are (supposedly) regular and often, according to the Autolinee Tuscane app, and get you in to the centre of Florence in 20 minutes or so. Fiesole itself is an intriguing little town, with various little shops and restaurants, including an Indian restaurant, as well as a well-preserved Roman theatre within an archaeological site including Roman baths, a sacred area and a museum, which is all well worth a visit. As a cycling fan, it was interesting hearing about the World Cycling Championship that had taken place around this area in 2013; just before I'd become interested in cycling! I also developed a huge amount of respect for the many cyclists who had clearly climbed the relatively long, and steep, climb from Florence up to Fiesole, in temperatures in the mid-30s C! We did have some issues with the air-con being a bit unreliable, but Michelangelo and his father responded very quickly when we mentioned this to him, The air-con issue was the only problem we had; other than that, pretty much everything about our stay was perfect.

We felt very comfortable. The appartement is very well equipped, very clean, with comfortable beds. Thanks for the drinks and the cake. We are happy to recommend the appartement

Location Fiesole is excellent with a view over Firenze. Very comfortable apartment and very friendly welcome from our host Michelangelo. We even had some complimentary groceries and a tart cooked by his mother. Parking was in a locked compound less than 100m from the apartment and free.
