The host was so nice and we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The accomodation was very clean. It was also very quiet. Florence is easy to reach by bus or train from the trainstation close by. Highly recommended !

This place is hidden gem. Wanted to experience life out of bigger cities while on roadtrip whole weekend. Grace is amazing and place is like out of fairtale but still near Firenze and small town with restaurants around. Waking up in nature and having a lovely walk around to discover some great places. So calm and magical really. We will be back (crazy people 😜)

Grace was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. The B&B is in a beautiful location, set amongst olive trees on the hillside. It was a real treat to sit by the pool and relax during the day. In the evenings we caught the bus into Firenze, it runs every 30 minutes from the bottom of the hill. We had a car and used this to drive up and down the hill as it’s quite steep and would take a good 20 to 30 minutes on foot. The road is narrow, so drive with care. The bus takes about 20/25 minutes to get the centre of Florence.

The property is amazing — clean, cozy, and welcoming — and Grace, the householder, is such a lovely woman!

Quiet and beautiful place with large and cosy rooms. A nice pool and garden. The host is very friendly and helpful. It is situated perfectly for trips to Firenze - 22 min by bus or 15 min by car

Actually it would have been a great stay on its own but we were there to visit Florence and hence couldn't enjoy it as much as we should have. There is a tiny but very efficient kitchenette in the room with all that one needs to fix a quick snack.

The place is really nice and host is very helpful.

Everything - stunning location, super friendly host, perfectly appointed kitchenette in the room. Everything was in impeccable order.

- Grace (the host) is AMAZING and made our stay comfortable special… she’s kind and friendly and has created the most amazing guesthouse in Tuscany - You feel like you are lost in the Tuscan countryside but you are a 10/15 minute walk to grocery stores, cafes and a couple of good restaurants - It is unbelievably peaceful and beautiful (great for keen walkers) - Breakfast is both filling and delicious (all handmade by Grace) - Rooms decorated brilliantly (and have air conditioning) - As you can tell, we loved it and felt extremely at home - Vineyard 100yd away for wine tastings etc
