Overview
Residence Baumgartner is located in Fiè allo Sciliar, a 10-minute drive from the closest cable car station of the Alpe di Siusi ski area and Lake di Fié. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout. Location was very good, Seiser Alm P1 is about 15-20 minutes drive. There is also a bus station just outside, as well as a grocery store, an information centre and bakery/restaurants. Parking is also very convenient, it is in a private closed garage.

“Enchanting in Alto Adige”
We had the pleasure to stay at "Residence Baumgartner" during our way back home, unfortunately we did stay for one night only, but it deserves to be leveraged for much deeper immersion in this enchanting Alto Adige location. The apartment at the last floor with mountain view is superb, friendly staff, super acceptable cost ... and the swimming pool is a gem.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The free parking was super convenient, and it only took about 30 minutes to drive to Ortisei, which made getting around very easy. After a day of trekking, taking a dip in the pool was the perfect way to unwind. One of our favorite moments was relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine while watching the moon—such a peaceful and memorable way to end the day.

“Wouldn’t come back.”
When we reached the property, it turned out that host gave our room to another family by mistake so we had to wait until she sorted things out. We’ve been also told that we should leave kitchen clean and all dishes should be washed and have to be put in the cupboards (no dishwasher of course). Trash should be taken out. If any of those things were not completed, they would charge extra 40 eur for cleaning (that’s a surprise for me). In general the room seems very old and furniture and all appliances in the kitchen are from 1990 or older… They do not put photos in booking because they wouldn’t get clients, I think… just the swimming pool, which was not very clean either… I would not recommend this place.

“Very nice stay”
Very nice host! The apartment we booked was spacious, perfect after some vanlife. We arrived earlier than the checking and we could use the pool, which was so useful. The pool is super, perfect for the hot weather. There is parking, which is very useful. The city is also very cosy, nice atmosphere!

“Amazing and lovely place in the mountains”
The stay in the apartments was just wonderful! The apartments are very nice, clean and comfortable. Every morning we met on the balcony overlooking the dolomite mountains) The building is a minute walk from the bus stop. The hostess Emma is the most hospitable and sunny person in the world. She told us more about tourist routes, gave free bus passes and was always in touch. And every day she brought fresh apples near the room. Amazing! I definitely recommend these apartments.

The location was super good! We loved the room every single second and would definitely go back and recommend it to my friends. The very comfortable thing is that you also have an intern parking where you can leave your car and the remote is attached to your keys, so you can come and go autonomously.
