Overview
Located 3 km from the Sciliar Natural Park, the Gasthof Albergo Kreuzwirt is a hotel in Fiè allo Sciliar's historic centre. It offers free WiFi and rooms with private bathrooms. Rooms at the Kreuzwirt are decorated in a simple Dolomite style. Each room is fitted with a TV and a hairdryer. Guests can use ironing facilities upon request. A daily buffet breakfast is served in a room with panoramic views of the mountains. The bar is popular with locals, and has tables and chairs outside. Here you can enjoy an aperitif or light snack. The Suisi ski slopes are 5 km away, and can be reached by the ski bus, which stops 100 metres from the hotel. Bolzano, the provincial capital, is 20 minutes by car.

“A very charming guesthouse in a beautiful and quiet mountain town”
We stayed a night in a beautiful and quiet mountain town during our road trip. Since the ski season had already ended, the guesthouse was almost empty, which allowed us to enjoy a very peaceful stay. The view of the Massiccio dello Sciliar glowing in the evening sun from our room was truly wonderful. The owners were also very kind, and we are very grateful to them.

“Value for money if you stay here and easy drives to the bigger towns like Ortesei and Bolzano, great location with frie”
It was a vibrant little town, restaurants so close hiking trails near by, very helpful tips from the owner while we had a chat and beer, highly recommend this place as it was clean and tidy,

Awesome location, amazing owner, and loved our short stay. Small cozy room as in pictures. Breakfast included. Very helpful and friendly manager who goes out of his way to help and make your stay comfortable. Would love to stay again.

“Dream location & staff”
The view from our room was just amazing! We could see the mountains and Prösels Castle from one window, and St. Peter’s Chapel from the other. Location is easy to reach, has its own parking, and was a great place to start your short or longer hikes. Each greeting by staff and owner was so welcoming. They understand how to add a smile to your holiday mood. Rooms have all you need, bathroom is simple but perhaps a tad small (expect to be hugged by the shower curtain). Breakfast is great and enjoyed with a view. Would recommend staying here.

The view from the room was wonderful — truly calming and serene. The village was quiet and charming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and tasty options, and the communication with the host was impeccable. Some minor maintenance could further enhance the overall experience, though it didn’t impact our stay in any significant way.
