Located on the edge of the Mdina so well placed for parking as there is a covered car park five minutes away and a further open air one just beyond. Lovely old riad with central courtyard an oasis of calm. Excellent breakfast. Our hostess organised a guide for a two hour tour of the Mdina, which was well worth it - giving us a vague feel for the layout amid the myriad of alleyways and up and down streets when we set off ourselves the next day. Very good restaurant nearby, the Maison Bleu.

Beautiful Riad, located a short walk to the Bab Boujloud and the Madrassa Bou Inania. Merieme was a constant help with my arrangements. The breakfast was a delight!

Close to Medina, excellent breakfast, reliable wifi, very friendly staff and Merieme, the manager, is the best host!

Riad Tizwa was an easy walk into the medina. The staff could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or helpful. They were brilliant. They organised tours, taxis and gave good advice. Breakfast healthy, tasty and Moroccan. The accommodations was comfortable, beautiful and interesting. For those that want hotel facilities, stay in a hotel but for those that want to experience staying and experience Morocco, stay in a riad and Riad Tizwa would be a good choice

“Excellent stay in Fez”

A cosy and clean Riad conveniently located on the fringe of the Medina. The staff were friendly and helpful and service were excellent throughout our stay. The room was spacious and a portable heater (in addition to the zircon) was particularly useful as the weather in Jan was very cold - we always look forward to coming back to the Riad after a long day out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good stay in Fez.

The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was presented really well and everything tasted great. All staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for being close to the sights of Fes while still being tucked away in a peaceful area away from the loud streets.
