“Bad service. We don't recommend”
I don't recommend this property. Once I get there they told me that there is no room for us. They transfer us to another property and we had to ask for help to get there. We paid the same price for a smaller room. Bad service from Riad Taj Fes 😔 we won't book there again for sure.

“BEST STAY IN FES”
We like evryday that we stay in the riad we stayed 5 nights and that so nice firstly they come to search us in the train station and we find the driver at time . we go for a tour of the medina we really like it and finaly they arrange for us an excursion to Meknes Volubilis . really recomended .

“Good stay in Fez medina”
Very good location in the medina, but off from the main streets so its not too noisy. Room is cozy. Achraf was very helpful throughout the stay, offering advice and tips on what to do in Fez! Breakfast was good as well.

Hotel refused to check us in as they requested a marriage certificate despite not displaying it anywhere on the booking ad, nor us being Moroccan. The only alternative being offered being « book two single rooms » and pay twice the initial price! We cancelled and went somewhere else. Would not recommend to any other travel agents or regular guests.
