“Beautiful traditional riad in a great location. Charming hosts.”

Beautiful riad in a great location near the top of one of the main streets of the Medina and only a short walk from the carpark. Well maintained and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and there was so much. Lots of different delicious local breads, omelette, fruit , yoghurt , fresh juice and great coffee. Meryem and Mohammed looked after us beautifully. Good a/c.

“Riad Sidrat - the best riad in Fes!”

Riad Sidrat is an amazing place to stay and I can't recommend it highly enough. Firstly it is a beautiful riad and in a good location to explore the Medina from. Yet the main thing here is the staff. They are all super friendly, kind, and helpful, all of which made our stay extra special. They will go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay, will help you book excursions and dinners, and keep you well fed in the mornings and full of mint tea throughout the day. If we have the pleasure of visiting Fes again, this is the only place we will now stay and recommend.

This is a stunning riad. The attention to detail is incredible and the building will literally take your breath away when you enter. The rooms are incredibly beautiful, spacious, and generous. The host, and the staff, were amazing. Very welcoming, happy, smiling, and chatty. We will actually miss them!

Amazing stay at Riad Sidrat Fes! The Riad is positioned in the heart of the Medina and we could not have asked for anything better! Meriem and all the staff welcomed us with such kindness and helped us throughout our stay, making us feel truly at home (We are really grateful for the help and support you gave us during a difficult moment). The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with amazing traditional specialties every morning. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with authentic charm. Without any doubt, this is the BEST riad in Fes by far. We will definitely come back!!!!! Highly recommended!

Excellent staff who were very nice and helpful and a good breakfast. A lovely well appointed foyer in a great located Riad hidden well in the Medina but not too far from the parking to get to easily. Would have rated this a 9 if they provided me a comfortable room.

“Divine Moroccan stay in the heart of Fez”

The most gorgeous Riad literally steps away from the Old Médina! We loved the traditional Moroccan features and furnishings. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, topping us up with mint tea and chocolate cake at all times! The room was huge, very comfortable and gorgeously decorated. Great AC and WiFi too. The breakfast was amazing with lots of bread, pastries and fresh fruit.

Hosts were really kind and inviting. Ismail was very helpful, answered all our questions and helped carry our luggage. We were checking out early and he woke up early and packed us breakfast. Complimentary breakfast was amazing and the riad was beautiful.

A beautiful 300 year old Riad in the heart of the old medina. Hidden away down a small alley once you are inside you are greeted with a beautiful haven of peace and tranquility. The staff were incredible and were so kind and attentive. Our room over looked the inner court yard and was meticulously clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts in the morning were very generous and delicious !

The riad is beautiful The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We arrived during Eid and some establishments weren't open. Series sent one of her staff to check restaurants for us. The breakfasts were great and very filling. The room was comfy and the air conditioning unit worked which helped us when it became quite cold

We stayed at Riad Sidrat Fes for four nights during our trip to Fes—and, without exaggeration, it turned out to be one of our very best travel experiences! From the moment we stepped inside, we entered a true oasis of tranquility: a quiet courtyard featuring a fountain, lush greenery, and plush, pillow-strewn sofas. The guest rooms are decorated in a traditional style, showcasing stunning Moroccan tilework and intricate wood carvings—yet they come equipped with all the modern amenities one could need, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A special thank you goes to the hosts and staff! We were welcomed with mint tea and a sweet treat; they helped us organize excursions and offered invaluable tips for exploring the city. They were consistently friendly, treated us with genuine warmth, and were always ready to answer any questions we had. Every morning felt like a true celebration: fresh-squeezed orange juice, local honey, pastries, tea, coffee, and fresh fruit. The location is also excellent—situated right in the heart of Fes’s ancient medina, just a few minutes' walk from the famous Bab Bou Jeloud (the Blue Gate) and the bustling souks. Yet, the riad itself is tucked away in a quiet alleyway—completely free from the noise and bustle of the city. I must make special mention of the atmosphere: here, you can truly feel the authentic spirit of medieval Fes. In the evenings, soft traditional music plays amidst the glow of lanterns, creating a truly immersive Moroccan cultural experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience the authentic atmosphere of this ancient city while enjoying every modern comfort. It is not merely a place to sleep; it is an integral part of the journey—one that will stay in your memory forever!
