It really is a beautiful riad, decorated with style. The rooms are very comfortable and have a good shower. The breakfast is excellent and made fresh. Most importantly, the staff is lovely. We had a new host that was still learning a lot and the guy was just so very decent and kind!

Quiet corner of the Medina. Offers all the charms of a Riad: rooftop terrace, beautiful tiles, stucco, woodwork and rugs. Great multi-lingual staff-Amina (owner), Ateman, Rashida, Amina, and Ahmed. Flexible, accommodating, eager to help us take full advantage of our week in Fez. Rashida runs a great kitchen, offering all sorts of traditional dishes and treats. There are even cooking demonstrations available.

Beautiful restored property, absolutely gorgeous owed by an entrepreneurial woman. Very comfortable, lovely food with great variety with the breakfast. Staff ( Athman, maryiam and abina ) were lovely always trying their best and very helpful and attentive at all times. They have plans to restore the terrace and it will be magnificent

The Riad was extremely comfortable and beautiful. Atman, the manager, was absolutely lovely. He is extremely kind and made sure we were able to taste many traditional dishes by varying the breakfast offering each day.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Rasia. The riad is absolutely stunning, with intricate Moroccan artwork and a beautifully designed courtyard that makes it feel serene and welcoming. Our room had been newly renovated, making it very comfortable, and the overall aesthetics of the riad were simply gorgeous. The location is fantastic, close to key attractions, and the hosts were very pleasant throughout our stay. The food was good, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Ijmal, who was incredibly welcoming and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable with his warm hospitality.

“I cannot recommend this Riad enough!”

This Riad was so good..... I stayed in it three seperate times. Little hard to find in the narrow streets but once you enter youre in an beautiful Oasis. From the architecture to the friendly and competent staff, everything was exeptional. I was helped with getting a SIM card, organizing transports and trips and could leave my bicicle there for more then 10 days. When I left they prepared breakfast for me at 2 IN THE MORNING! I cannot stress how good this Riad is. Ill be back!

Beautifully renovated riad, even better than the photos. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Lots of space around the riad for our group of 7 to sit around and chit chat - ground floor salon, roof top terrace. The staff were very warm to us, treated us like family. The host, Amina, was very quick to respond to our questions. Everything was well-organised before our arrival which was past 1am. She was supposed to be our tour guide but fell ill. We regret not meeting her but she organised another guide for us. The manager, Murad, waited for our late arrival. He was very helpful, took care of our needs - direction to explore the medina, breakfast time that suits us each morning, airport transfer, luggage storage, etc. Nothing was too difficult. He organised a ground floor room for one of our friends who was not as mobile. He walked us to the gate to meet our tour guide. The house ladies / cooks, Rachida and Rahma, cooked us great breakfast every morning and cleaned our rooms very quickly during our breakfast one morning. They even made 2 cakes for our friend's birthday which was during our stay. They stayed back past their work time and waited for us to return so we could celebrate together. It was an unforgettable experience.

The Riad was so beautiful, quiet, yet very close to the centre of Fez.The decor was amazing and we were made to feel very special. Our host could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We would return.

It was very nice to have such a great information from the hotel receptionist, he was willing to help us all the time! We did I like the welcoming with mint tea as well as the room, it was very cute and charming!

The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and support us in our stay. Murad was a wonderful host. Clean room, lovely decor, excellent breakfast. Would stay again :)

Great Riad. Very nice host. Easy to find. There are signs from Bab Guissa showing the way.

Had a great time in Fes, our host Murad was really caring and helped with everything we needed. Breakfast and Tea was always a highlight of our day!

Well located and comfortable riad. All the staff has been great, very welcoming and friendly! Photos of the room should be added, as it's actually pretty nice.

The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The riad is clean and has all the mod cons (A/C, hairdryers etc) plus the showers are perfect for washing off a busy day travelling. The spot is close enough to all the main sites, but slightly away from the party spots/main tourist area, which makes it quiet and relaxing, just what we wanted.

Mourad is the best host

Great location, in the center of Medina. Delicious breakfast, excellent cleaning service and Murad welcomed us very well.
