It was an amazing stay. From the hospitality, to the riad itself. 10/10, I can’t recommend it enough to people looking for a quiet, genuine stay. Great food, and great people.

“Truly Spectacular Hospitality”

The staff was excellent and everyday you got your room cleaned! The location is also ideal since you can easily take a taxi to go anywhere in the Medina or around the city. It is located directly in front of the Chouara Tannery, and there can sometimes be a smell, but that is not the riad’s fault. It is simply the way that part of the city is designed. My husband and I had a wonderful time. I truly recommend this place, and you can always ask the staff for help they are more than willing to assist you. My biggest thanks to HAKIM and SOUFIANE, who made this experience truly spectacular. If we return to Fez, we will definitely stay there again.

The riad is a beautiful, light, quiet snd tranquil. I highly recommend for solo travellers, couples and families. It's very close to the medina and the staff very kindly showed me around and recommended restaurants to visit. I also enjoyed the morning breakfast and the massage and hammam experience. Feeling so relaxed leaving this space. I highly recommended.

“What a raid what a massage what an excellent food”

The best raid ever we were four girls and we really felt safe writhin the great staff the raid has. The massage in this raid is an interesting option, we had it the day of our departure and it was the best choice ever. The masseuse she is professional. The food was delicious, dinner copious and tasty.

Soufiane was very available and kind and gave us interesting suggestions for our travel.

Great staff, great location near everything in the city center

Everything was great our room was spacious and clean

We did not stay at the Riad Mounana although we had a booking for 3 nights. The room that was offered to us was not the one of the picture on Booking and the location of the Riad was not what we expected. The manager Soufiane requested us to cancel the booking and asked for the payment of one night even if we did not stay.
