The location is really convenient and very easy to remember the way back. As a solo traveller I felt very safe in the location as well as the riad. The room was really good and comfortable.everything was clean and spacious. Communication with Ayoub was seamless and he went out of his way to accommodate my requests for early breakfast.

An immersive Riad experience inside the Medina and also close to blue gate area where all the actions are centred around. Also easy to travel outside the Medina. The hospitality by Ayoob the Riad manager was awesome. Always ready to help. I had a great time in Fez. This place is safe and value for money.

It’s a rare and highly valuable asset for road trippers. ​Furthermore, the host's hospitality was far beyond our expectations. They generously treated our family to a complimentary, authentic Iftar (Ftour) dinner. This warm cultural inclusion made us feel incredibly welcomed. A flawless 10/10 experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking both deep cultural authenticity and logistical convenience!

I had an upgrade to my room and I felt like a King , the breakfast was excellent , the riad was like a palace , in a quiet ' road ', only 3 minutes walking to bab boujloud , definitely I would stay there again.

“The best Riad in the Medina at Fez !!!!”

Our stay at Riad Lalla Zoubida was truly wonderful. We spent three nights there and felt completely at home — more like staying in the house of a close friend than in a hotel. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning decoration and a very authentic atmosphere. Our room was extremely spacious, especially the bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location IA awesome, near everyrhing, blue gate, restaurants and ahoppings!!! The breakfast was genuinely amazing. Every morning they brought a tray filled with a great variety of local specialties — fresh breads and a traditional Moroccan pancake, all warm and clearly prepared with care and love. Ayoub, who manages the riad, is simply exceptional. He took care of us from beginning to end — from our arrival to our departure — always making sure everything was perfect. He provided valuable advice on where to go, what to avoid, and important tips to enjoy Fez safely. He even walked us to our taxi at 5:00 in the morning when we left. His kindness, attention, and dedication are truly outstanding. If I return to Fez, I would absolutely stay here again. “10/10 – Wonderful experience”

Riad Lalla Zoubida is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning interior full of charm. Our room was large, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was amazing and very abundant, with a wide variety of options — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Ayoub, the manager, was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he helped us with everything and made sure we felt comfortable and welcome at all times. Highly recommended — we would happily stay here again.

The location was excellent and very near to hotel batha and the blue gate, not too deep into the medina of fes. The host was exceptional, Mr. Ahmed made sure everything was comfortable and pleasant. The room was good and warm water, warm blankets were provided for the cold weather. Food prepared by the staff was tasty too and it was plentiful. Lastly, the guide arranged by the riad Mr. Mohammad was excellent and helpful in understanding the medina of fes and many other things. I would definitely recommend him as a guide for anyone wanting to know about fes.

Beautiful, palatial riad, felt four-star hotel in many aspects. Close to a cheap underground parkin, the staff met us there. Really friendly feeling overall. The room was spacious and everything well kept and clean.

“Fantastic Riad, lovely spot”

We had a wonderful 2-night stay here. We were flying in from Agadir, the Riad was very helpful in organising a private taxi to meet us at the airport and bring us to the Riad for 200 MAD - we were really glad we did that. The host met the taxi and walked us down to the Riad which was a few hundred metres inside the Medina, at the quieter side. We then got given a choice of rooms and took a free upgrade to a family suite on the 2nd floor, which was absolutely beautiful! We were given free tea on arrival and a photocopied map of Fes, on which our host showed us the best places to go and see while we were there. As we wandered around, we started to appreciate what a fantastic location the Riad is in - both nights we had dinner outside the Medina near the Riad and both meals were amazing and so reasonable - much better than the tourist spots inside the Medina. Our host also organised a private taxi for us on our departure to the CTM bus station for 100 MAD and was very transparent about the costings, because we could have also flagged down a red taxi for ourselves, but our preference was to have the trip guaranteed with a set price. Breakfast was typical Moroccan and a good start to both days. We had heating in our room which we could control because it was quite chilly for January , and the bedding was warm. Lovely, friendly staff. We can't recommend this Riad enough!

“An absolute gem in Fes – 10/10!”

Our stay in Fes was absolutely perfect. The accommodation was stunning, but what truly made the difference was our host. Their hospitality was second to none, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Everything was spotless, the atmosphere was magical, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are visiting Fes, this is the place to be!

Ayoub was very nice and flexible to help whenever needed
