Amazing staff, worth every penny. You truly feel like in a palace staying here. The view from the terrace is also fantastic

It's in old city fes. Everything is easily accessible. The staff is exceptional. Specially Fatimah was very friendly n kind n her sister too. The breakfast was delicious n well served.

“Nice place with ample parking”

Parking is right in front of the door. The family who chevked us in is very warm and sweet. They let us park our car even after we checked out.

“Enjoyable and really welcoming”

Communication was really good even before we arrived. I asked for a taxi and the staff met us at the train station, arranged our taxi and brought us back to the riad. They were really friendly and always had lots of suggestions on things we could do. The rooms were really clean, with aircon and seating space. The downstairs area was lovely and airy. Breakfast was different every day but always generous and delicious. It was served up on the top floor. There was also the option to have dinner at night, which was great, especially on our first night, after a long journey. On our last night, they went the extra mile to ensure we had our taxi back to the train, bringing the phone up to our room so that we could confirm all the details. The photos on the site don't do this riad justice - it is really beautiful on the inside!

“Feels like family in the Heart of Fez”

We stayed at this riad and can’t recommend it enough. The location is very local, we were even the only tourists in the neighborhood, which at first can feel intense, but thanks to the incredible hospitality inside the riad we always felt completely safe. The staff truly fix everything for you: arranging activities, showing you the must-sees, helping with purchases, finding taxis, even guiding you to ATMs. What makes this place unforgettable are the people that work there: Aisha cooks the best food we had in Morocco. Nordin is the kindest man you’ll ever meet, always around to help with daily questions. Mehdi (an English teacher) speaks perfect English and became our daily contact, solving anything we needed. Truly the friendliest person we met during our whole trip. Fatima helps in the kitchen and with everything else. Officially the sweetest woman in Morocco. She has a voice like an angel, so don’t miss asking her to sing for you. Goosebumps guaranteed. We felt like family here and will absolutely return.

Close to the center of old medina

Large room! nice bed! Free Parking in the narrow street! Owner was nice, gave us bigger room! Beautiful common area! nice balcony and terrace! Easier to find! Owner gave us tips for exploring!

The hotel is an authentic Moroccan road with a long history, unique look and antique furniture and decorations. Located in walking distance from the Fes tanneries and old medina. The host is a nice guy helping in with any questions and is a good communicator. We forgot an item in the room we stayed in and he managed to pass it from Fes to Agadir our next stay. Thanks a lot for assistance again! Cannot forget mentioning Fatima who is very helpful and serves a very nice breakfast.

“Friendly staff, beautiful riad but basic”

The riad in general is beautiful and the staff were friendly. They were accommodating. We were provided with an extra blanket, towels, toilet roll and hand soap when requested. We were allowed to park our car on the street right outside the door. The breakfast was good They offered us free breakfast on our last day. There was no hard sell of tours. It is an old riad so the bathroom smell is expected and can be forgiven. Payment is taken on arrival but it is cash only. However the owners were understanding and allowed us a few days to get the cash out for payment.

The owner was really kind with us, he gave us all the information we needed and helped us with the taxi. I strongly suggest this Riad.

Everything was perfect. The staff is really nice and helpful. The Riad is close to the Medina. Parking is right in front of the building for free.

“Beautiful room, amazing views, wonderful staff team.”

Beautiful building and apartments/rooms and stunning views from the roof. The most welcoming of staff who made us feel immediately at home. Very good communication throughout, a great breakfast that set us up nicely for the day. Parking at the door was ideal and just a couple of narrow streets from a main road. The immediate area is great for local street markets til well into the evenings and the Medina that tourists may be looking for is accessible in under 10 mins. Some have suggested the local area is a bit dodgy, our thoughts are that it’s catering for locals and that it may be different to expectations. We felt safe throughout with teens in tow and found some very good (and cheap) food within a few mins.

“Authentic Riad at the edge of town, it's a travellers experience :)”

Authentic Moroccan residence & an interesting place to stay, the rooms are around a central court yard. Secure parking for motorcycles is available at extra cost 10m from the Riad. It is very likely you will need a guide.. talk to the Riad owner to arrange this and request a 'price' before you go.

I have booked this room for my parents and the staffs were very helpful. they have treated kindly and respectfully my parents were very pleased and happy. I thank you for your hospitality.

“It's not in a good area and the place is freezing and the bathrooms were dirty”

It was a beautiful Riad. The 2 female employees were amazing. We had 2 elderly adults with us and the gave us 2 rooms on the ground floor instead of the family room we had booked which was up a very narrow flight of stairs.

Amazing place

The Ryad is beautiful, our room too. Good position, good owner and staff ! Nice breakfast offered that you can enjoy by the terrace. We had henna made too !! I would recommend it if you are visiting Fez .
