I honestly cannot understand how anyone could rate this riad less than 10/10. Everything was perfect. The riad is beautiful, spotless, and the room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The room itself was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a warm, comfortable, and authentic atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights of this riad is undoubtedly the terrace. It offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the entire medina, a view that is hard to find elsewhere. Having breakfast there every morning was an unforgettable experience and the perfect way to start the day (thank you Bouchra) What truly makes this place special, however, are the owners, Marjorje and Pascal! Their kindness, hospitality, and genuine care for their guests make all the difference. They go above and beyond to ensure that every stay is memorable. I have no doubt about where I will stay when I return to Fez!

“Super hosts, lovely Riad in a quiet location with great views.”

Marjorie and Pascale were perfect hosts providing a fabulous friendly welcome. We ate a lovely meal on the terrace overlooking Fes one night and the breakfasts were the perfect start to the day. As we left early on the final morning we were given a packed breakfast for our journey. Pascale and Marjorie provided helpful tips on restaurants in Fes which were spot on. The Riad is whisper quiet and the room was very comfortable. It felt more like being part of a family than merely a hotel room. Highly recommended!

“Beautiful, and calm stay in Fez”

Pascal and Marjorie are truly amazing hosts—they made our stay unforgettable. The place is perfectly located, spotlessly clean, and the food is absolutely to die for. On top of that, it’s very budget-friendly, which made the experience even better. We also had the best dinner in Morocco here. Highly recommend you have dinner, which is prepared freshly on the day! Our only regret is that we stayed just two nights—it definitely wasn’t enough! We can’t wait to come back again.

The owners did everything possible for us to enjoy our stay. This including great advice about Fez. The property has a beautiful view on the city from the common terrace and the breakfast was fantastic. Our whole family enjoyed the stay.

Amazing riad with a panorama view over the Medina. Beautifully decorated. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast outside on the terrace and there was even a roof terrace too. Short distance to everything in the Medina but quiet too. Wonderful hosts too.

“Perfect place to stay in the old town for a family to visit Fez”

We had a great stay with our family and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The very nice riad is located on the edge of the old center and easy to find. We had dinner the first night in the Riad and it was really good and tasty. Thanks for a perfect stay.

Marjorie and Pascal are amazing hosts and they made sure our stay at their beautiful Riad was very comfy and pleasant. Our room had an amazing view over the city, and the breakfast on the terrace likewise.

The hosts are lovely. The room is a lot nicer in reality than the picture. I had a great time in this ryad, and the lovely couple managing it really made the effort to make me feel welcome. It also felt like the room was isolated from the rest of the ryad. When you meet other people around the breakfast area, you are actually surprised they are here. It really feels like you have your little space in complete privacy, which is quite enjoyable after hectic days in the city.

“Historic Charm with Stunning Views”

Riad Inaya is a stunning property, deeply infused with history due to its location within the medina, yet at the same time modern and beautifully designed. It feels like a museum spread over several levels. Everything is so thoughtfully detailed, elegant, and wonderfully fragrant that it is difficult to put into words. The hosts were absolutely delightful – warm, welcoming, and full of great advice. As they are French, a distinct French charm could be felt throughout the riad, as well as in the food we had the chance to try, which was truly excellent. We stayed in a room with the most beautiful view over the medina. The riad itself is located on a hill, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the entire medina. Since our room had large, beautifully positioned windows facing the terrace, the view was simply divine. Overall, this is a truly wonderful place that I warmly recommend and would gladly return to.

“Unique views of the Medina in an unique Riad”

The perfect riad for Fez. It is a magnificent building that has been restored with the utmost taste, design and respect for Moroccan style. It is located two minutes from Bab Guissa, one of the gateways to the medina. It is very easy to get there by taxi, and from there it is only a minute's walk to the riad. From the riad, you can walk to all the points of interest in the medina in just a few minutes. The area is totally safe as is the whole medina for individual travellers as well. I have climbed hills and looked for views on previous visits, but the best view is undoubtedly from the beautiful terrace and rooftop of this riad. The rooms facing the terrace also have this unique view. The entire riad is impeccably clean and everything is permeated with lovely scents. The hosts, Marjorie and Pascal, treat you like family and offer a personalised stay with every attention to detail. The riad staff are just as attentive and exceptional. The breakfast is fabulous, and even more so with the unique views of the entire medina. Bouchra cooks like a chef and Habiba keeps the entire riad spotless. I highly recommend having dinner on the terrace with its amazing views and the suberb cooking by Bouchra. Anything I could say would fall short, because you can't even imagine the views or the standard of this riad. The photos are far surpassed by the place itself. The place to go if you visit Fes, the visit of a unique medina and historical jewel like Fes is only more complete in this outstandig place.
