“Perfect vase for exploring the Medina and great and very helpful host team!”

Great location close to the tanneries and the old mosque/university. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. They help you with advice on sights to see as well as how not to walk into tourist traps. They also gave me good advice on buying leather products and pricing. ou can have breakfast on the beautiful rooftop terrace. There's also restaurant on the roof, but I didn't eat there. Place is easy to reach from train station with a taxi.

The room is perfect for a one-day stop. The style is very beautiful and the riad itself is truly charming. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The room also offers a lovely view of the inner courtyard of the riad, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom is rather small, but functional. A real plus is the restaurant connected through the terrace. The view over the medina is spectacular and makes the experience even more special. We also greatly appreciated the support of the receptionist, Wafa. She was excellent in welcoming us on arrival and very helpful during our stay, always kind and precise when pointing out the key places to see in the medina. The breakfast was excellent, in perfect Moroccan style.

Wafa's attention and all the staff were just fantastic! Our experience in Fes was definitely the best thanks to them. The location is great, the breakfast was amazing, and the terrace is beautiful.

“Ridiculously cheap for what they offer”

It is easy to find and very well located within 1 minute walk form exit from medina with a parking lot and taxis nearby and close to Tannery Chouara. It suits perfectly both people who need to move in and out and around medina quickly and those who come to medina for the first time (navigating can be overwhelming here especially if it is your first visit). The receptionist was very sweet and spoke english which is not that common there. Riad itself is clean. We had a basic room which met our needs. Typical moroccan style brekafast was tasty and rich. What really stands out is pricing. This riad is a steal for money they ask. You can find fancier riads that is true but they will charge you 3-4x more than this one.

“Nice Riad in the center of Medina with awesome breakfast”

Nice breakfast on the terrece with the view of Fes Medina. Location of the Riad is just perfect. In the center of Medina. All the main spots are just in walking distance. The stuffs were super friendly. There was a little struggle on communication due to language barrier but overall stuffs are great.

The check in and check out procedures were seamless. It has a great terrace and breakfast. Wafa was a great help as well, she speaks English and French too.

Nice Riad, an oasis of peace in the Medina. Room was spacious and clean, with smart TV. Lovely common areas both indoors and outdoors. Personnel very attentive to your needs.

The staff was extremely helpful – they met us at the taxi so we didn’t need to look for the riad in the medina, and also helped us get a taxi afterwards. The place was very clean, cozy, and we really enjoyed our stay here.

“The kindest hosts I've ever stayed with!”

Our stay at this riad was excellent. The staff were the best part - Wafa was so kind, welcoming, and always happy to help us. She gave us recommendations for places to see and offered to show us around a little too. She even brought us to the ATM when we couldn't find it. Wafa really made us feel at home; when we saw her she was always happy to chat about what our plans were for the day, how we were finding the city, and if there was anything we needed. The breakfast was also delicious and the staff were accommodating to our schedules, preparing it at whatever time suited us. They also arranged our transport to and from the airport, which was so helpful! If I ever come back to Fes, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so special!

“Beautiful riad in the heart of medina”

A very beautiful and authentic riad in the center of medina, very close to the taxi stand. Incredibly welcoming staff. Versatile and abundant breakfast. A nice restaurant nearby where riad guests get a discount. There’s a little kitchen you may use with everything one might need to prepare a meal.

“The best BREAKFAST and STAFF”

We stayed 3 nights and we had a lovely experience, especially with the staff. They were super welcoming, specifically Wafa and Abdulila. She showed us around and gave us a lot of nice tips and explanations of what to visit. The highlight was the breakfast!!

“Our favourite Riadi in Morocco”

Such an excellent riad - and an ideal location near the tanneries and good leather shops, metal artisan shops, carpets shops and great food choices. We loved the rooftop terrace on four different levels. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, as was dinner at the restaurant. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. Wafae was very helpful and kind, providing excellent suggestions. She booked us a great hammam and told us about sites not to be missed. It was truly a home away from home and made our experience in Fes one of our best in Morocco.
