“Extremely friendly and comfortable stay”

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and respectful. They welcomed us with mint tea and were given a local map with all the places to cover. They even helped us keep our luggage even after check out. Also allowed us to stay in the lounge until our flight. Highly recommended and will visit again.

“Amazing”

The main entrance is very beautifully decorated and very spacious. The room we had was also quite specious, and it was nice that the private bathroom was not directly in the room but in the corridor. This gave us the feeling we had a studio rather than a room! The staff has been very friendly. The first night we were brought to a great restaurant not too far from the riad. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit etcetera. Although the riad is inside the medina, it was very quiet.

“Authentic Old Riad. Very happy stay”

Authentic Morrocan Riad. Very welcoming and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for. Very good breakfast. Shower pressure and hot water very good. Lovely rooftop panoramic terrace . Staff were fantastic. Location was good for access to transport and the old medina and the historic sites of fez.

It’s close to the plac recif which is close to a market. Easy to find. Spacious room.

“Terrible Riad, Sorry!”

Terrible location, room very neglected abd dark. Medina smelks and so complicated. No lights in the bathroom. Just aweful experience overall. Hardly people in the reception. Azalarab was the only decnt person there.

The room was clean and large. Location on the edge of the medina is very quiet. Breakfast was copious. Staff is really helpful. Thanks for the stay and help. We really enjoyed it.

“Overall a great place to stay in the medina”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Salah met us from the taxi and showed us the way to the Riad which was very helpful. We had mint tea and cake on arrival. Salah was very helpful giving us a map and sharing some useful information with us - most useful! Our room was clean and well decorated. The riad itself was a place of calm with a great roof terrace to appreciate the medina and the Fez rooftops!

Wonderful place 🙂 Riad staff was really freandly and helpful. Beautiful, historic place. Location near by state, not to deep inside Medina (easy to get ther on your own). Room was nice and clean. Tasty breakfast 🙂

It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Communication was great. No complaints about the stay.

“A Riad that highlights wonderful Moroccan crafts.”

The staff were excellent, especially Khalid. A very impressive Riad. Some beautiful features including the bedding and the upholstery. Many features like a palace. Peaceful. Good value. Breakfast OK. I ate at the Riad one night. Meal was tasty (Chicken Tajine) but must be ordered at breakfast for consumption in the evening.

“Beautiful Riad on the edge of the Medina”

Staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough for you. From printing boarding passes, booking taxis advice on the Medina nothing was too much trouble. First class Moroccan breakfast which changed every day. Fab location with cafes and restaurants close by.

The beautiful building, the palatial, spotless quiet rooms, the breakfast and the attentive staff were excellent. They helped us with train booking etc and were keen to assist with advice on all we asked. Well positioned Riad at the edge of the old souk. A step back in time.

“Oasis of tranquillity”

We really appreciate the hospitality and the warm welcome during the afternoon with a mint tea. The room was very big and nice! We slept very well, wrapped in the silence despite the hotel begin in the Medina. It is an oasis of tranquillity!!
